Ivan's house is an amazing place in a quiet street in Shabla with gorgeous garden and at a great location. All the utilities were listed, the place was very clean and every room had a spare pair of sheets. Ivan was super responsive before, during and after our stay. The house is big and spacious, and had parking spots in the front. Super grateful for the welcoming stay and will visit again for sure

The house ist very nice, very good equipment. We felt like home. The communication with Violeta was very easy und uncomplicated. We liked the private feeling and enjoyed our stay in this area.

It was our first Bulgaria stay and certainly not the last! Already in the booking process, Krasimir was an angel. In advance, we received great support, e.g. with the organization of the cars. During our stay in Krasimir's enchanting house, we were very pleasantly accompanied by him and his mother, who run a slightly larger guest house together in the immediate neighborhood. All wishes were fulfilled promptly and in Krasimir's friendly unagitated and always funny charming manner. We were looking for a house to feel good a little away from the all-inclusive hustle and bustle and found a small, simple but all the more lovingly designed paradise. The cliffside beaches can be reached in no more than 10-15 minutes, and the absolute highlight was Krasimir's fishing boat tour around the cliffs of Kaliakra. Music, art and culture are included, because Krasimir organizes diverse events in the village and invites the entire community!

The appartment was very nice and comfortable as was the pool and the lovely garden and friendly help and advice by Marine and George. The work done on the garden filled with flowers is wonderful.

The view makes all the money. We loved the complex . Be careful if you want to stay at the pool at 9 o'clock you can no longer find anything free. The world occupies towels and wine even at 15-16 o'clock.

Hi all! It was the 2nd time that we were in Topola with my wife and our 2 kids: first time in 2021 we`ve choosen all inclusive at another resort; this year we`ve been at Sunny Sky Apartment. The second one it was the very best choice for our family and style with all respect and thanks to our hosts. It's was great to feel the goodwill how they were hosting us. The photos are not transmitting the really waowww of the qualities of this apartment. Was ideal for our 2KidFamily. Well cleaned and all functional. Good quality bedsheets and towels. Kitchen is fitted with all the utensils to prepare the necessary dishes up to 4-6 people. English speaking channels on TV. If you fancy, there`re a few restaurant by 1 minute walk. There is an infinity pool also, almost touchable for the balcony, very posh but cold. The closest beach, Adora is at a 4-5 minutes drive, down the hill and is the most beautiful in early morning hours or late afternoons, when the rush is over. All in one we wish continuous devotion fo the hosts and peacefull holiday for all possible guests who love privacy, silence, cleanliness, peace. István, Zenóbia, Hugó, Bora

Thanks, Adriana, for hosting us. Check-in went smoothly. It's a spacious place with a beautiful sea view. I recommend this place for families with kids. The best beaches we visited were Bendida (Argata) Beach, a 15-minute drive, and Albena, a 30-minute drive.

We were a group of friends of 14 people and spent a week there on vacation! The accommodation or the complex was great and we had a great time. Our host Constantin was always available and helpful and regularly checked the pool and the complex in general. Everything was clean, we even got new towels and the pool/ hot tub was clean! There were even two refrigerators, an ice cube maker and two hotplates, which is great for a large group. You have a great view of the sea and within walking distance was a small shop, which had basic groceries and a taxi service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.😊

My family and friends rented Casa del Grey for a lovely long weekend in Balchik. Christian and his wife, Denitsa, were easy to reach for check-in arrangements and very responsive to our questions. They left us delicious fresh veggies and fruit. The casa has three floors with two airy bedrooms on top (with an amazing view of the black sea) two bedrooms in the middle (one with air conditioning) and a living space with beds on the lower floor. We requested a fan for additional air flow on the lower level and they brought it to us as soon as possible. The kitchen is split between and indoor space and semi-patio like area. There are beautiful flowers and fruit trees in the yard. The road up to the casa is a bit steep and narrow, however our cars did not have trouble and some of our guests enjoyed the walk to and from the seaside. Overall, we were pleased and our only wish is that we would have had more time to get to know our hosts when we checked out. много благодаря!

We had a fantastic 10 days at this amazing villa! It was much better than we expected as we had all the benefits of hotel service but in a huge private villa, e.g daily cleaning service and room service. The pool was very cold but we all enjoyed having our very own big pool. The villa is part of the gorgeous Black Sea Rama resort, which is huge. Luckily the villa is only 1 minute walk away from the beautiful hotel (where you can use their indoor and outdoor pool and bar), and only 3 mins way from the clubhouse where you have a delicious breakfast buffet served every morning. My husband enjoyed 2 challenging rounds of golf on the resort and he and the kids enjoyed having free use of the driving range as well. We mostly ate at the Pizzaria as other options weren't very suitable for children but I'm sure they would have been great. We enjoyed the steak house one night and found the steak to be delicious and good value. The only down side was that the hotel staff weren't very informative about services available to us. Luckily i read some online reviews for the resort whilst we were there and learned that we can ask for golf buggy transport around the resort (the pizzaria was located at the very far end away from us), and that there is a free shuttle to the lovely beach at Thracian Cliffs resort. Staff failed to mention this when we paid €40 for a taxi to the beach a few days earlier. It is recommended that you have use of a car as taxis were very expensive. We had also asked for a taxi to the supermarket as we needed milk for our children, but we only found out ourselves in the last couple of days that we could walk to one at the Lighthouse Hotel next door. We also found there was a bit more choice for children on the menu at the Lighthouse. I would highly recommend a stay at Dobrin's villa!

The villa exceeded our expectations in every way. It is very clean, tastefully furnished and well equipped – you feel comfortable from the first moment. The host was extremely friendly, helpful and always responded quickly to messages. Her proactive behavior is particularly positive: she regularly inquired whether everything was in order and immediately offered support for minor concerns. The only small point: the location is a little difficult to reach on foot, especially with luggage. However, this is not a problem by car. Overall, a great place to stay with outstanding service – we'd come back anytime and recommend it without reservation.
