Vacation rentals with beach access in Dobrich Province

A great host with a great place to spend your vacantion in! George also recommended us some local places that were awesome! The apartment is very clean and cozy, with all that you need. George is very responsive and friendly. Definetely coming back next year!

Apartamentul este foarte spațios, bine dotat (extrem de utile masina de spalat vase și cea de spalat rufe...si absolut tot ce va trebuie in bucatarie), vedere superba către mare si marina! Balconul este foarte generos, geamuri mari astfel încât te bucuri toată ziua și toată noaptea de mare:) Strada este liniștită și una dintre cele mai frumoase strazi din Balcic. Accesul la plaja se face pe scări sau cu masina (se ajunge repede). La coltul străzii se afla restaurantul Blue Lion (mancare gustoasa la preturi foarte bune) ceea ce constituie un MARE avantaj. Dacă veti călători cu copil mic aveți în apartament scaun de masa + pătuț pentru copil + inclusiv olita și colac de wc și protecție la toate prizele. Gazda foarte prietenoasa, ne-a ajutat cu sfaturi despre locurile interesante de vizitat + recomandari de restaurante. Recomand!

Имахме абсолютно възхитителен престой в апартамента на Nikolay. Беше безупречно чисто, удобно и красиво декорирано. Домакинът беше невероятно гостоприемен и ни накара да се чувстваме като у дома си. Благодаря ,за водата оставена при пристигането ни 😊Това беше идеалното място за почивката ни . Силно препоръчвам !!!

We had a great stay and Yoana is the best host that I ever had! The place is super nice and cozy, everything is as described, with very cute small touches, and Yoana made sure that we have really everything we could need - even the smallest stuff. She was always super responsive and she even texted us after the first week to ask us if we need something and if everything is fine. The beach is 7-8 mins walk and the pool is nice and clean. The way to the complex is a bit tricky, but you can also leave the car down and it is 1 min walk. It was sparkling clean and all the furniture is new. The terrace is quite big, I was doing my exercise there every morning, looking at the sea. The view is amazing - mix of sea and mountain. Yoana gave us a list with recommendations about restaurants and beaches, which was very useful. She even gave us two chocolate bars for our way back to Sofia, which warmed my heart. Really a great host and person! And a wonderful time in Kavarna! I strongly recommend!

Beautiful place with amazing views of the sea and the lighthouse. We had such a great time there with all the things we needed. Special thanks to Boris who welcomed and sent us with big smile, recommended places to eat and was very friendly, responsive and helpful if we wanted something. Thank you to the lady who answered my messages - the communication was fast and accurate 🙏 Till we meet again ^_^

mooie locatie, we waren hier met vrienden in december en dan is het ook een fijne rustige plek om even tot rust te komen, geweldig uitzicht, nette schone kamers, keuken heeft alles wat je nodig hebt inclusief koffiezetapparaat en koffie. Het appartement heeft alles om je helemaal thuis te voelen. Op maximaal een kwartiertje lopen van het strand. Host is vriendelijk, reageert snel. Aanrader als je in Kavarna wilt verblijven.

Pros: - location surrounded by nature - nice building - huge space inside - amazing yard - great room furnishings - great bathroom - well equippes and roomy kitchen with everything you need - perfect for 4 people with a lot of privacy for everyone - very clean - two restaurants nearby - perfect check-in/out and communication - was expecting a lot of mosquitoes but there were almost NONE Cons: - inside sometimes smelled of sulphur because of the nearby lake which is in some way connected to the local water network - insect net at the entrance was kind of broken

Położenie: blisko morza, plaży, knajp, sklepów. Dobre na krótkie wypady z dziećmi, do okolicznych miasteczek, aquaparku, czy też na cypel Kaliakra (widoki, klify, zabytki). W domu: jest całe wyposażenie, klimatyzacja, basen. Na zewnątrz wiata z miejscem do przygotowania posiłków, jedzenia, grillowania. Gospodarz: uprzejmy, pomocny, wszystko w jak najlepszym porządku. 5/5!

Wir haben ein paar schöne Tage bei Julie verbracht. Ihr Manager hat uns einchecken lassen und war auch sehr freundlich. Da die Adresse nicht mit der angezeigten übereinstimmte, musste der Manager uns abholen. Das könnte man in Zukunft besser machen. Zufuß zum Strand geht es in ca 20 min über einen steilen Feldweg und hohes Gras. Der Weg lohnt sich dennoch. Auch die Strände in der Nähe sind toll, dann aber besser per Auto zu erreichen. Insgesamt müsste hier und da etwas erneuert werden. Dennoch war es das Geld wert. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt. Da man mitten in der Natur ist, sollte man keine Angst vor Tieren haben, die sieht man dort öfters. Wir würden wiederkommen.

A great rustic place to lose track of time... Ideally situated for exploring the northern Bulgarian seaside. The town itself offers different options for groceries and eating out while the nearest beach is only a very short drive away. Definitely recommended to get away from mass tourism and create your own unique story. Thanks Marina!

I had a wonderful holiday at Elena's place. She is always ready to help and extremely responsive. The pool was super nice and the house was exactly as in the photos. Elena, thank you for everything and see you next year :)

Pobyt w domu bardzo przyjemny, czysto, cicho i spokojnie. Można bardzo dobrze wypocząć. Klimatyzacja działa bez zastrzeżeń, dodatkowy atut to dwie łazienki i świetny kontakt z gospodarzem i jego rodzicami! Bardzo polecam!

Страхотно място! Просторни и чисти стаи, в които има всичко необходимо. Уникална гледка, както от апартамента, така и от басейна. Много сме доволни от престоя!

Very good location with very nice views. You are very close to most of the restaurants and shops in Balchik, and maximum 15 minutes of walking from a large beach. The place was very clean and had more things than listed. The self check-in was very helpful since we arrived very late. Overall, one of the best locations in Balchik.

My only regret about giving this review is that I couldn't give 20 stars instead of 5. I'll get to the apartment in a minute but far more importantly I need to talk about the hosts. Brian and Demi were beyond believable! Brian drove me to my cousin's wedding at Blacksearama and Demi set me up with a ride to the airport after my ordered taxi cancelled at the last minute. The apartment was clean, well furnished, quiet, easy to get into, and with a beautiful view of the sea, and a less than 4 minute walk from all the best parts of the Balchik and still pales in comparison to the hosts!!! Brian and Demi are currently renovating her parents' cafe by hand and despite me being 8 time zones away I hope to be able to visit it and them again if I get the chance. This is easily the best AirBnB I've ever stayed in and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Only stay here if you plan on having an amazing time at an amazing price while you stay with amazing hosts 8D

The place is nice, with all you need and has a beautiful view. Everything was good, except by a problem with the door lock, probabily was our bad luck, but we felt good.

we had great time. apartment is luxurious with excellent sea view. even better than shown on pictures. though a little far from the beach, must have a car, otherwise not so easy to get to the sea. the pools in the area are perfect, visiting the beach is not really important.

The lighthouse complex is very nice and has everything you can wish for.

Gabriel’s place is fully equipped and have a lovely balcony with an amazing view. The flat faces north (I think), so the rooms don’t get much sun, which is perfect in the summer. You can enjoy the balcony even during the hottest parts of the day, and the bedroom stays cool. The flat had everything we needed. Gabriel was very easy to reach and quick to resolve any issues. When we arrived, the shower hose was broken, but Gabriel promptly replaced it, even traveling from Romania to do so. Check-in and check-out were super easy thanks to the doorman available at all times. The area is beautiful, though having a car is advisable since Balchik’s beach is small and not very close. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything, Gabriel!
