When I was looking for a place to stay in Çermik, the system offered me a hotel that was inadvertently shown to me as if it had existed in Çermik. However, I noticed that the actual address of the hotel was Diyarbakır. This was a systemic error of the website. I had to cancel because I booked incorrectly. Normally I knew there was no refund, but Ezel understood the situation and started the refund process by contacting customer service. Thanks to her support, I received my full booking fee back. I visited her hotel, impressed by Ezel's helpful approach. The place was really clean and tidy. Ezel and his team were extremely friendly and respectful. Sedat was a great host. He helped me brainstorm and plan what cities and attractions to see while in Turkey. Great guy. I really enjoyed staying with him.
