House vacation rentals in Dix Hills

My family and I had a beautiful stay and I couldn’t have asked for a better rental. The Airbnb was huge with more than enough room for everyone and the backyard was large and spacious enough to have everyone eat comfortably. If I ever need another large rental you can bet I’m gonna check here first.

Gabby’s apartment is exactly as described. It is in a great location. Very close to Stoney Brook Village. We enjoyed walking to get our morning coffee. The apartment was very well stocked and spotless. Gabby thought of everything we could have possibly needed. We hope to be back next year!

Truly one of a kind property. Relaxing, calm, extremely responsive and helpful host. If you are looking to get out of the city or just need some time away to think, look no further. 10/10.

This was our second stay at Michelle's place and it was again a delight. The home is comfortable, clean, and well equipped. Checking in and out was easy. And Michelle is super responsive and helpful. We'd definitely love to stay again when we are next in the area!

My husband, our dogs, and I just returned home after spending a month at Sarah's house on Long Island. we truly didn't want to leave, it was so relaxing! The lousy May weather notwithstanding, the property was absolutely perfect for us. Everything was as described and we felt right at home. Sarah was super proactive/responsive. While we were only able to use the pool a couple of times (weather), it was great and the spa was awesome, especially in the evening under the pretty lights in the backyard! There were great spaces to work (hubby didn't have the full month off like I did) and to just chill. The house is located near many conveniences (I'm looking at you, Walmart) to pick up necessities and while we didn't cook for ourselves quite a bit, we were thrilled that unlike at home, the food delivery services were fast, reliable, and everything arrived at the perfect temperature! we can't say enough good things about our stay and will definitely be returning!

My group had a wonderful stay. We felt right at home. The property was private and the house was clean. The backyard is beautiful with a great pool. Erol was responsive throughout our stay. I would stay here again!

A truly Great stay in Greenwich with David, we really enjoyed our stay in the house, such an awesome place and quiet location (next to a beautiful river!) too, which we loved. We we’re going to Port Jefferson for a family wedding. Our Airbnb was perfectly situated. There is a pool area that we never used because we just didn’t have time. But it looked very inviting. The town of Port Jefferson had plenty of nice restaurants and shops. This house was perfect for our situation. We had six adults, all family members.

Gorgeous home in a beautiful neighborhood with plenty of amenities creating an overall great and comfortable experience. Local recommendations and responsiveness from our host was great as well

We had a wonderful stay at Anais’s apartment. It was comfortable, well-equipped with everything we needed, and very clean. The neighborhood was peaceful, and we had a great time. Highly recommend it!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Felt like a home away home. Modern amenities, more than enough space, comfortable and so cozy! The hosts were so kind and extremely attentive to any needs that arose. I would stay here a million times over.

The home was perfect for us, we were visiting for a concert at Jones Beach. We explored the area including outlets & mall all within 25mins from the home. I listened to other reviews and brought a small sound machine, this was helpful as the home is on a busy/loud road. At first, I thought this would bother us, but we don’t spend much time in our rentals we’re here to have fun & be out exploring. Beds were comfy, everything was clean, kitchen was very nice to add leftovers & store drinks. Living room was comfy & clean. There is no backyard access, no washer/dryer but that was ok. You park on side of home in driveway, and walk to front & up the front stairs if you have anybody with difficulties walking that would be the only downfall. Enough towels for 4 ppl as well. Had 1 small hiccup and it was resolved immediately, very responsive host. Thank you for providing us a safe, and comfy place! The next concert we attend, we will come back!

We stayed at Gretchen’s place while in town for a wedding. She was super communicative and helpful. She left some snacks and waters which was super thoughtful and much appreciated when we arrived later after one of the wedding events. The place was very clean and tidy. Thank you, Gretchen!

Tanay was a great host. Clear concise info for how to best make use of the space. Fast, helpful responses. We stayed for an entire month and it was comfortable and had everything we could need to make it feel like home for a while.

Our stay at the house was wonderful experience. Our host Michael whom fortunately we met personally is one of the nicest person you’ll encounter in life. The surrounding and the grounds were so beautiful that you will enjoy when you stay at that house. Many thanks to our host and his well managed house. The place is very close to all lovely restaurants, shopping areas, etc. We all highly appreciated and recommend to stay at this place for any occasion and vacation. The house was very nice and in a great location. Lots to do in the area. The kitchen and The upstairs bedrooms and bathroom were nice and remodeled. The downstairs bathroom needs updating. It is original to the house. The house was very clean and the kitchen was spotless. The house is nicely decorated. The host Gordon was extremely responsive.

Matthew’s home was spacious and comfortable. The outdoor space was peaceful and quiet. We didn’t get a chance to have dinner but the propane grill would have been wonderful. We look forward to our next visit!

Carmen’s place was great, very spacious, neat & clean and nicely decorated. Bathrooms were also all done up real nice. It was perfect for 4 families and the basement was perfect for the kids. The house was pretty close to everything and the street we were on was very quiet. Carmen and Louis were both very responsive to our needs and easy to work with. I would definitely stay there again. We had a great stay! The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the spacious living room was a definite plus. The quiet neighborhood was very peaceful, and the proximity to JFK airport was incredibly convenient. There were many Supermarkets on other great restaurants within minutes of this location. Above all, we had our own parking spot, which makes a significant difference in the NY area.

This was a nice place for me and my friend for the weekend. Everything was very clean. The rooms were big enough and the beds were nice and firm. The bathroom was very modern. Having off street parking in the neighborhood was also a big plus. I forgot my charger and Natacha let me know fast enough so I was able to go back and get it. Great experience overall!
