Apartment located in the heart of the historic center on the 3rd floor of a small building without elevator access, 1 minute from the old pool, Sainte-Catherine church and independent shops. It is also close to the Eugène Boudin Museums or the Satie Houses. The markets that take place on Wednesday mornings and Saturday mornings are accessible by a staircase 100 meters from the apartment. Bed linen, towels, dish towels, toilet paper and cleaning fees are included in the price.

The beach is 15 minutes walking. A large comfortable living room will allow you to enjoy your trip. A billiard room is available upstairs.
