Absolutely loved my stay in the Zona Colonial! The apartment was charming, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. It’s perfectly located within walking distance to all the historic sites, cafes, and vibrant streets. Maitee was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. The neighborhood has such a lively, authentic vibe, and I felt very safe exploring around. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the rich culture and history of Santo Domingo. Would definitely stay here again!

The place is spacious and beautifully decorated. It was great to have hot water since it’s not common in the DR! The beds were comfortable. The AC units worked great. It was really helpful to have complimentary cleaning and laundry services. We enjoyed the back patio! It was really helpful to have the backup generator. It’s well integrated into the system.

This was my parents’ first international trip, and Susanne’s home made it such a special experience for them. It even gave them the confidence to consider traveling to new places in the future! Since my parents are older, I wanted to find a place that was private, cozy, and comfortable enough for us to enjoy even on rainy days, and this home was perfect. The kitchen allowed us to cook meals together, and we really enjoyed spending time in the pool as well. My parents and I are already planning to return to the DR, and we hope to stay at Susanne’s place again!

Me alegré de visitar nuevamente la casa de Sr. Keny porque se adapta a mí en ubicación, tamaño y comodidades. El propietario de la casa tuvo mucho cuidado de garantizar que los huéspedes estuvieran cómodos durante nuestra estancia. Estaba muy limpio por dentro. Como siempre, hay todo lo que necesitamos. Para mí siempre es un lugar confiable para pasar un fin de semana en la ciudad.

Visited the DR with family to attend a wedding. Jenci was always very responsive, polite and easy to communicate with. Hector the local host was excellent and assisted with our check-in even after my flight was delayed several hours. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, slept peacefully at night; more than enough room for our party of 9 to spread out and looks just as pictured. If you’re comfortable driving in the chaotic DR streets, then I’d recommend renting a vehicle. The house has parking for two vehicles. I had not driven in the DR for over 20 years but I got my skills back right away! There is also a pool which we didn’t have time to use, but did get in a work out with the gym set up at the house. The AC works great throughout the house, which is important. All in all very comfortable home and would stay again in future visits. Thank you Jenci & Hector!

Bastante lindo, y cómodo el departamento

I had a great 3 night visit at La Casita. Patricia is extremely helpful as a host. The unit was exactly as I expected and the location is ideal, within a few blocks of the best restaurants and bars in the Zona. All 3 AC units operated perfectly to provide a comfortable sleeping climate. As a pet owner, I truly appreciated the quiet neighborhood and the 3 minute walk to a large park perfect for exercising your dog. I would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent location! This is my 2nd stay at this location. Awesome grocery stores and variety of shopping options within blocks. Pool is small but extremely well maintained. Social area provides incredible views. Host are great to work with. This is MY spot whenever I'm in Santo Domingo for now on!

I especially appreciated the quiet neighborhood and how peaceful the space felt after a long day out. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Naco! Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great little place for short stays, very cozy and have everything you need to feel comfortable. Richard is a great host, always ready to help on anything you need. Also he treat the guest with some goodies and drinks to start your stay.

Really nice location, close to many nice restaurants

Todo estaba muy limpio y es super hermoso el lugar, todos los electrodomésticos como nuevos, baños muy limpios, toallas extras, también toallas extras para piscina, el aire acondicionado muy frío 1000/10. El agua caliente estaba perfecta, la cama cómoda con almohadas extras. Una hermosa vista en el área social de la piscina, el parqueo super cómodo de entrar, tenia agua para tomar, shampoo, gel de baño, acondicionador disponible en ambos baños, muy cómoda la llegada al lugar, un lugar muy céntrico‼️ Muchos trastes para usar, todo super limpio y supee fácil para sacar la basura, todo muy ordenado en la torre y super seguro. Sin dudas volvería✨️

Fue una breve estadía pero fue muy placentera especialmente si es alguien que viene al consulado americano aquí en la República Dominicana 🇩🇴 este sería la mejor opción ya que pude ir caminando al consulado 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 La anfitriona leidy siempre está al tanto de todo le puedes escribir sobre cualquier situación y siempre está dispuesta a ayudar!

Apartment suitably located in area central to lots of amenities. The apartment building has a very good gym and swimming pool which met my needs. The apartment is clean and cosy also nicely decorated. Highly recommend.

I really love this Place, the apartment was very comfortable. A very good access to almost every kind of food that you would like. Rodolfo was very helpful and finally is very near from the City center.

Absolutely nice and cozy place. The Arpel 07 is a wonderful tower to be in. The price is perfect for what you get more if you consider the location.
