House vacation rentals in Santo Domingo de Guzman

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, modern, convenient house. Manuel was a truly great host - friendly, communicative, and prompt to respond to any issue. I really appreciated the detailed instructions on how to find the house and get inside. We loved the small plunge pool/ hot tub, as well as the roof terrace, and the location was great for walking to lots of restaurants and shops in the colonial zone. Thank you for a great stay in Santo Domingo!

Me alegré de visitar nuevamente la casa de Sr. Keny porque se adapta a mí en ubicación, tamaño y comodidades. El propietario de la casa tuvo mucho cuidado de garantizar que los huéspedes estuvieran cómodos durante nuestra estancia. Estaba muy limpio por dentro. Como siempre, hay todo lo que necesitamos. Para mí siempre es un lugar confiable para pasar un fin de semana en la ciudad.

This is a perfect location for a group. Each room is essentially an efficiency apartment with a small kitchen and bath. The history is evident and I love this part of the city. I recommend it highly. The pool however does not get much sun, but it’s charming and good for a dip!

Visited the DR with family to attend a wedding. Jenci was always very responsive, polite and easy to communicate with. Hector the local host was excellent and assisted with our check-in even after my flight was delayed several hours. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, slept peacefully at night; more than enough room for our party of 9 to spread out and looks just as pictured. If you’re comfortable driving in the chaotic DR streets, then I’d recommend renting a vehicle. The house has parking for two vehicles. I had not driven in the DR for over 20 years but I got my skills back right away! There is also a pool which we didn’t have time to use, but did get in a work out with the gym set up at the house. The AC works great throughout the house, which is important. All in all very comfortable home and would stay again in future visits. Thank you Jenci & Hector!

Ubytovanie bolo krasne a priestranne. Velmi dobra poloha a lahko sa dalo vsade dostat pesi. Citili sme sa bezpecne. Nas pobyt tu bol velmi prijemny. Lahka komunikacia s Judith a vsetko islo ako malo. Dakujeme

I highly recommend it, we stayed for a few days with family and everything was great. Doña Carmen is a lovely lady always willing to help, same with Any she was a great host, we are definitely coming back there. We are very thankful:)

Wow! Did I say wow yet? Yeah…WOW! This property is second to NONE and is one of the most beautiful places I have stayed with my family. This place is amazing, loaded with beautiful finishes and well stocked to feel right at home! The Patio is the focal point, having ample space for all of my family to find something fun to do, like watching something fun on the large TV, playing chess or just relaxing in the jacuzzi. We loved this home, where it was located and the security we felt while staying there. Kevin was a great host, fast with his responses and always helpful. We absolutely will return to this property. The stay was amazing. Home was beautiful and spacious which was great for a large group. Communication was excellent and helpful throughout the whole way. Would surely stay here again.

Le logement de Virginia est très bien situé vraiment tout proche du parque colon , et autres sites touristiques , un petit restaurant dominicain est juste à côté ainsi qu un colmado , et une jolie place. Le logement est très propre et ne manque de rien, Virginie par ailleurs est attentionnée et disponible pour toutes questions

Great location, very secure, gated entrance to the complex. Excellent comunication with the host. Clean apartment. TV with Netflix. Grocery stores will deliver just need to make a call. I fully recommend it.
