Clean, spacious and organized house, loved it. The host was enthusiastic, gave me a lot of detailed instructions. In particular, there are many tourist attractions and delicious places to eat in HCMC. I will definitely come here and continue to stay at this place next time, the price is quite reasonable, there is no more competitive place! Great!!!

Great place tucked in an alleyway that gets busy at night with local food vendors near the entrance, but it doesn't get noisy because it's juuuust far away enough. There's a school right outside the building so during drop off/pick up times the alleyway can get a little congested, never ran into any issues with it. With the school comes morning announcements over a loud speaker, we eventually zoned it out but the first few mornings, we had some unexpected wake up calls. The apt looks exactly like the photos. It's kept very clean. Washer works well - have to air dry clothes. Can have your room cleaned once a week (the woman who cleaned our room was super sweet). Short walk to great restaurants, coffee shops, shopping plaza. Host typically responds within the hour, if not instantly. Overall a great stay, we even extended an extra week! Would definitely recommend!

My mum and I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was very spacious and clean. The location suited us well because we were visiting relatives in District 5, Saigon Chinatown. It was very convenient to have Hung Voung Plaza next door. There is a Hung Voung Plaza Ly Thuong Kiet Gate next door you can use to prefill the pickup address for Grab taxis. If you want the taxi to pick you up right outside the apartment, you need to tell the taxi driver to come to the separate apartments entrance pickup area. This can be confusing for some taxi drivers.

We had an amazing time staying at Zenity! Our family of 8 – including both adults and kids – truly enjoyed every moment. The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it easy for all of us to relax and spend quality time together. The facilities were fantastic. The pool was a big highlight – clean and well-maintained, perfect for both swimming and lounging. The kids especially loved the play zone, which gave them a fun and safe space to enjoy themselves while we relaxed. The location was also convenient, and the building felt secure and welcoming. Overall, a perfect choice for a family getaway. We’d definitely come back again

Very nice and cozy apartment. Host and Co-hosts are easy to communicate and always response promptly to my needs. Just one thing I'd like to mention is the noise at night from the neighbors upstairs, which I think Management can improve by advice guests to be mindful of noise at night time to consider other guests in the building. When booking transportation by Grab, make sure you mention Zenity because the app hasn't updated the info but instead displaced “Subgate” which confused the drivers. Overall it's a lovely place and convenient to explore to city center.

I arrived to Khue’s place with my family of 5. Upon arrival, security helped us bring up our luggages to our room. Khue had clear instructions on how to get the room key and where to find it. So it was a great start. The house was spacious and safe for two toddlers. Everyone enjoyed the balcony. You have a nice view of the city and the river. At night the city lights are very beautiful to look at. It’s not directly in the city so it’s not as loud and rowdy which we liked since the last time we stayed directly in HCM people were partying at 6am and you could hear it. But getting into the city was very accessible. Everywhere was a 7-10 min drive (without traffic). Booking a grab was easy as well. Everything was as described. The laundry is a washer and dryer all in one which was perfect and she provided laundry detergent. She was very responsive with any issues we had. We had a minor issue come up but she quickly accommodated us and was very understanding. 10/10 would recommend

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as pictured—clean, cozy, minimalist, and functional. The location was perfect, the host was super responsive and provided everything we asked for. Overall, it was a great experience, I would recommend this place and I would definitely stay here again if we visit HCM.

We had a great stay at Thomas & Co's apartment. Our family of 5 adults fit comfortably in the space. The amenities are as described in the listing. The location is ideal and easy to find. Having food and other essentials delivered is easy via Grab. Transport is also easy to arrange via Grab as well. Having a good Italian restaurant at the ground floor of the building is a plus in case you want a change from the local food. The hosts were responsive and helpful. I would gladly stay again when in Saigon.

Such a great stay! The place was exactly as described — super central and easy to find. The service overall was top-notch. The host was super responsive and easy to reach. They were very understanding and helped us check in, even though we got there after the standard time. I’d happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to others.

Will definitely come back in Vietnam and will stay again here. Feels like home .
