Welcome to Clos des Levées! Enjoy a charming cottage completely renovated in a typical property on the banks of the Loire. The cottage, which benefits from its independent entrance with direct access to the outdoor spaces of the enclosed area as well as to the shared, heated (in season) swimming pool, combines the charm of the old and the comfort of the modern. You will find a bright living room with open kitchen as well as a bedroom with a large double bed (180 x 200) open to its shower room.

The apartment will offer you comfort, calm and brightness. (5 minutes from the center and 10 minutes from the station on foot) The two rooms are served by the magnificent 18th century staircase common to our house. Your part, well-insulated from ours by the staircase, consists of: - a living room with equipped kitchenette and cozy sitting area. - one bedroom with a 160/200 bed, shower and separate toilet. From there you have access to the shared pool, heated in July and August

In the grounds of a turreted 15th century château - featured in a number of homes & interiors magazines - this beautifully converted, spacious, former stables is set in glorious gardens with views over our 10-acre truffle orchard. Full of character and charm, thick local limestone stone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during the colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining and has an uninterrupted view of the gardens.

Overlooking a wooded courtyard, you can enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 adult bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 4 children), a large living room and a bathroom. You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.
