SuiteVista is close to Beautiful Mill Hill Park in a quiet neighborhood with a view of mountains and mighty trees. Just a 30 min walk or 6 min drive to Goldstream (the heart of Langford). Royal Roads University is only a 15 min bike ride away. The evenings are so peaceful here. During the day you hear the neighboring sounds sometimes but still peaceful most of the time. SuiteVista was just renovated. SuiteVista has its own laundry room and an electric fireplace. WiFi, Cable and Parking included.

Michelle and I are retired professionals. Our place is close to Weirs Beach, Lester Pearson College, Galloping Goose Trail, East Sooke Regional Park. You’ll love our place because of the location, the coziness, the views, the peaceful setting. Our place is good for couples, solos and business travelers. It is c. 40 mins drive to central Victoria. We are on 2 acres of wooded property with a self-contained suite over our garage. We are frequently visited by deer, rabbits & eagles. Lic.no. 001670.

Very quiet location yet only a 5 minute walk to Cadboro Bay Village & beach. Around the corner from parks, restaurants, cafes, grocery store, pharmacy & more. 5 min drive to UVIC. Private bathroom with washer/dryer + outdoor space with parking (free). Well suited for 1 person. Induction cook top, toaster oven & full sized fridge. Amazing morning sun. This is a beautifully updated and spacious 1-bed walk-out suite in our character home. Our home is in a safe and established neighbourhood of family homes, and is even safer as we are both police officers. We are a 15 minute walk to Camosun College and a 10 minute walk to RJH. We are within a block to major bus routes. Downtown is an easy bus ride or a 10 minute drive. Willows Beach is a 20 minute walk and there are major grocery, liquor and shopping close by, including Hillside Mall.
