In the middle of a property surrounded by woods, less than 20 minutes from the center of Angoulême, we have renovated a wing of our house to accommodate up to 6 people in a warm atmosphere. The site is preserved and guarantees quiet nights. The house is fully equipped and offers comfort and autonomy. It is perfect for relaxing with friends or family during walks in the heart of nature. This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard and Les Planes neighborhoods, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.
