Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. The center of Puymoyen is about 400m away and you will find there small shops and a bus station. Direct access to the "vallée des eaux claires" and multiple hiking spots.

A stunning Pigeonnier dating from 1666 and forming part of Le Logis de Saint Germain (listed separately). Consisting a living area with a kitchen, separate bedroom and a small bathroom in the tower, with it's amazing ceiling. All is fully modernised, with air conditioning and heating. Access to the small terrace for lazy breakfasts and outside dining.
