Vacation rentals with a patio in Dinwiddie County

Kendall was a great host. She took care of what I needed and was friendly and responsive. The house and location were great! Very private and perfect if you have a dog. We were very pleased. Thanks Kendall!

We stayed for a volleyball tournament. We were able to get there by walking in under 10 minutes. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. The canal walk is close and there is a playground across the street.

Trey’s place was perfect for our short stay. Close to the places we spent time. Trey and Emily were friendly and responsive. Look forward to staying again next time we are in Richmond.

It all comes down the moment you walk through the door! We parked in the back of the house off the alley, a bit tricky to figure out at first, entered the door code and entered a fabulous space. The kitchen was bright, cheerful and clean. The air conditioning was cranked on, thankfully as it was a hot humid day. The big question was which of the 2 bedrooms? We chose the bedroom near the living space, figuring the front bedroom on Main Street could be noisy…though the neighborhood ended up being quiet. Alyssa and Donnie seemed to think of all our potential needs. The wi-fi was easy to connect to our devices, the kitchen was well organized, the bathroom was stocked with soaps, plenty of towels (wash, hand, bath and makeup) even the pantry had a few staples. Overall, I would rate the experience as EXCELLENT, from the first moment to the last. We will definitely stay here again on the next visit to Richmond.

great location and peaceful place to stay during my work trip. close enough to stores and restaurants but also tucked away in a quiet location to still have peace.

Sylvester met with me when I arrived and showed me around. The unit is part of a detached garage but it doesn’t feel like it. There were some renovations being done above the unit but he was very upfront about that and checked up on me to make sure it wasn’t too much of a disturbance. The house is tucked away in a nice neighborhood, with plenty of food/shopping options if you don’t mind driving 20 minutes or so.

The place was clean and nicely decorated. The unit had a pleasant smell upon entering. The only critique I have is that there is no toaster in the kitchen. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice to be able to have a toaster to make a quick breakfast.

Great stay. Very clean inside and in a good location, walkable to many places. Would stay again!

Amy has a beautiful home and made her place feel like home. It was extremely clean and I was able to use her dishes as needed. Highly recommend! Thank you!

Thank you so much to Rachel and Tommy who were such wonderful hosts. They made us feel like family and were so accommodating with anything we needed. For instance, I asked Rachel for pictures of her pets and she sent them to me after we had checked out. We would definitely stay her again if we need to in the future.

The space was absolutely what was promised. The bed was super comfy and clean. And Amy was an excellent host. Helped me out with getting my bearings in the neighborhood. I will definitely be looking to stay the next time I come to Petersburg

Cher’s place was amazing! The kitchen was sufficiently stocked and I liked the color changing lights. Overall, it looks just like the pictures, and the neighborhood is quiet and historic with lots to do nearby. Cher was very welcoming and responsive. If/When I find myself in Petersburg again, I’ll definitely be reaching out to Cher for another stay! Highly recommend

Great value and great location! We loved the historic neighborhood. It's like having your own little efficiency apartment for the weekend. It has everything you need. The outside space on the porch is also nice in the evenings. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay because you're just a few short blocks away from Cary Street, where there are lots of great stores and restaurants. We walked over several times to get coffee and go to a restaurant, and then shopping the next morning. The apartment is not "new" -- it's in one of the many old houses that line the street. But it was fun and had some character. The bed might be a little soft for some people, but I was comfortable.

Beautiful tree lined street, with front and back porches to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. A house furnished with a lot of art to appreciate. Convenient to downtown, VCU and a host of amenities. Highly recommend for short and long term stays.

Comfortable place in a great location. Rooftop deck has great views of the neighborhood and sunset. Place was comfortable and clean, with character, fitting for an old city building, like old tile fireplaces and gas lamps, heart pine floors. Loved it!

This was such a gorgeous airbnb! way more spacious than the photos let on. Rachel was also a very helpful and responsive to any problems or needs I had. I think this is a place for someone who is looking for night life and a party scene. Clubs are around the corner as well as food and tons of things to do.

Great spot! We were there for the 2nd Best Comedy Festival, hosted by the nearby Coalition Theater. This was a wonderful place to stay for the weekend. Location-wise, it couldn't have been more accessible to the Downtown Arts District and all the shows. Our hosts were super responsive and we'd be happy to stay here again!

The condo is renovated and very clean! It’s good location if you are looking to be downtown. It has parking which is a plus!

We stayed here for a night and it was the perfect stop on our roadtrip. The space was comfortable and clean, the neighborhood is beautiful and walking distance to great restaurants. We will be staying here again!

This location was perfect! We were able to walk to several restaurants and shops and felt safe doing so. The condo had everything needed and the bed is on the firmer side which was perfect for me!
