Chester House is an ideal base for groups of hikers, mountain bikers or families wanting to explore Snowdonia. Dolgellau is a pretty little town, sitting in lovely walking country beneath the Cader Idris mountain range. The sea, and some delightful beaches are just down the road, too! Situated in over 2 acres of landscaped gardens, including 2 wildlife lakes, within 20 acres of fields, relax here, walk in the forest or explore the local coast and countryside. Because of our beautiful rural location, there are no shops or pubs within walking distance and mobile phone reception is limited.
