We spent two wonderful weeks in the cozy cottage of Lilli and Edouard. You felt very comfortable right away and the facilities are great. The house has been lovingly renovated and you are there all by yourself, including a private garden where we could harvest delicious raspberries and cherries every day. The hosts were always available and had tips for things to do in the area. La Richardais is a nice, quiet place on the Rance with a small harbor, beach, restaurant, bakery and supermarket. Dinard and Saint-Malo are just around the corner, which is also great. We fell in love with Brittany and will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect: the house, very nice and very well-equipped, impeccable cleaning, the small courtyard very nice, and the location, ideal, very close to the beach and shops of Saint Enogat, but in a very peaceful cul-de-sac. Special mention to the small children's furniture and the many toys… my little boy loved it. We had a great time at Laurence's and will be happy to come back!

To sum it up in one word: WHAAOUUUU This place is in love with this place! The residence is new, very pretty, well located for doing everything on foot, quiet and yet 2 steps from the center. And then, the apartment!! A marvel!! When the door opens, you discover a superb large bright room, spacious and tastefully decorated. Everything is comfortable: the layout of the living room, the size of the bedrooms and bathroom, the bedding too!! The garage is a real plus, moreover it is large and therefore no problem to park without doing a lot of maneuvers 😅 Everything is done on foot from the apartment and that's also great: shopping, the market, bakeries 2 min walk, all walks along the sea, beaches, the center for shopping… We loved Dinard, we'll be back for sure, so I'm keeping this address in my favorites!! Another point ++++++: Sandrine's hospitality, really very kind 👍

We had a lovely stay at Boris and Romane's place. The house is located on a one-way street that is very quiet. The house is very modern and the decoration is very tasteful and sober. We also really enjoyed the small garden with the furniture that allowed us to enjoy the sun. Communication with Boris was excellent. Convenience: To get to the small shops in Dinard, it takes 20 minutes on foot. The baker is a little closer, 10 minutes away. We discovered a supermarket closer but a little too late. The top of Dinard is very quiet in June, few vehicles and few tourists, except on the weekends, which are a little more lively. Dinar is very quiet in June,

30 m from the beach! EXCEPTIONAL!

We stayed as 6 (2 couples and 2 individuals) with our dogs for 3 days in Nicolas' house to spend a birthday weekend with the family. Impeccable stay from A to Z. A few steps from the beach, the house is beautiful, with a beautiful garden (well fenced, perfect for children and dogs) and a beautiful sea view. The house is equipped as if you were going home - super comfortable bedding, kitchen equipped with everything you need to have fun in the kitchen. The big plus: some rooms have a sink, as in the past. With 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets, it meant there was never a queue to wash or go to the toilet. Nicolas and the on-site concierge service are friendly, very friendly and gave us some nice tips for restaurants. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy the beautiful terrace and its barbecue. Maybe next time☺️... Thank you Nicolas.
