Enjoy the easy life by the seaside in a romantic old town with the proximity to shops and restaurants. Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a completely independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from June 26 to September 6.

Dinard, house 50 m from the sea

Fisherman's house (Dinard historic center), 50 m from the sea, renovated in July 2017 by architect . All shops in the immediate vicinity, located on a very quiet street. Mini-golf and thalassotherapy center nearby, the city center of Dinard is a 10-minute walk, Saint-Malo is 25 minutes away and Mont Saint Michel is 50 minutes away. The house consists of a modern living space on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, 1 bathroom and a large bedroom on the 2nd floor.

You can do everything on foot once you arrive: the famous market (50 m), the market hall, shops, bars, restaurants, cinema, casino, beaches, port (sea bus). Treat yourself to a relaxing break between Saint-Malo and Dinard, just 30 km from Cap Fréhel. Come and enjoy the seascape and its benefits in a house designed for rest and well-being. A sauna is available all year round and a private heated pool, equipped with a telescopic enclosure, is available from April to September. IMPORTANT: Parties, gatherings or the presence of people outside the reservation are strictly prohibited and controlled.

LE PETIT CEDRE, charming house close to the beaches

A 15-minute walk from Saint Enogat beach and the market, this charming 40 m2 fully renovated house offers you a beautiful living room with an equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with dressing room and a bathroom with toilet. Linens are not provided, but if you want to travel light, you can rent bed linens and towels at the rate of €21 per person (bed made on arrival). Guests can also enjoy a pleasant garden to relax or dine.
