We had a pleasant family stay. This weekend was conducive to a total disconnection

we had a great time in a very clean accommodation, tastefully decorated, very well equipped whether for cooking, dishes, bed linen...the outside is well equipped as well. Congrats on this quality renovation! Audrey is very responsive, accurate in the information, that you positive even for the price.

Alexandra's house was everything the five of us, a 17-month-old child, her parents, a grandfather and an aunt, could have wished for, comfortable rooms, a spacious cooking area, a secluded and fully-enclosed garden, with a BBQ, delightful al fresco sitting and dining areas, and last, but certainly not least, a glorious pool, greatly enjoyed by all 5 of us. Ploubalay is a small town/large-ish village that has every kind of shop we needed, and is close to some lovely seaside places like StJacut and St Briac. St Malo and Mont St Michel are under an hour away, but it would be wise to get to both early, because of the crowds. Parking at St Malo is a nightmare, but why bother when Lancieux and St Lunaire are closer and easier, and there's a lovely pool and a boule piste outside your own back door? We thoroughly recommend this as a holiday home.

We had a wonderful stay at Marie's. Very good hosting. The listing fits perfectly with the listing description. The kitchen is very well equipped, it's like home! It's a little haven of peace! Despite the proximity to the city center, it is very quiet. Marie was full of small touches during our stay, it was a beautiful meeting! We enjoyed the pool. We'll be back, that's for sure

Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. Geneviève is very nice, very accommodating and very generous. Small sweets to snack on were waiting for us. The mobile home is very comfortable and it is ideally located, 2 min walk to the beach and GR 34. Very quiet campsite. Very nice stay.

Everything was as described. Location in the city center and not noisy... the advantages without the disadvantages of a city center... and beach within a 5-minute walk and the famous Grand Hotel de Dinard 3 minutes away, that's saying something! You can easily find parking in May... maybe more complicated in the summer? I recommend this townhouse

We had a lovely stay at this home in a great location. Well renovated and decorated house, faithful to photos with separate sleeping areas ideal when we are a lot, with shower rooms and baths in each room, great plus and very clean house.

Lovely house, wonderful views, beautiful surroundings

Evelyne and Thierry have a very nice house that is carefully equipped. Even though we didn't see each other, communication by text was very fluid. The house is located about 15 minutes from the beach

Absolutely fabulous stay. Dinan is a beautiful town , but having the opportunity to stay in a 500 year old house on such an historic , atmospheric street as the Rue du Jerzual simply enhanced the experience. Lovely house , exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking down to the port or simply strolling in to the centre of town ( literally a few yards ) to the numerous super friendly bars and many restaurants. Communication with Tim was ideal. Super friendly and super quick response any time we needed to ask or check something with him. The whole experience - town , house , host - was a real pleasure. Very enjoyable stay. Thanks Tim.

What a great stay! Beautiful quiet house. We stayed 3 days, so we couldn't enjoy and see everything this beautiful area has to offer but we will definitely come back! The house is perfect for two with a jacuzzi to end the day after 16 km of walking. Everything is very clean, well thought out and really very charming. A big thank you to Anne for her availability. We had a great time at Valérie and Daniel's. The house is new, tastefully decorated, it feels like home. Very well placed to visit. The kitchen is fully equipped, basic products and small appliances useful for preparing good meals. Everything was made available for our 1 year old daughter Louna: crib, changing table, high chair, bath basin, blender for meals and lots of toys. The garden is beautiful, very well maintained and full of pretty flowers. A terrace with table, umbrella, barbecue and deckchairs are available to enjoy the sunny weather. 2 bikes and beach accessories, games of all kinds for outings. Valerie welcomed us in person to give us useful information and give advice for activities in the surroundings. She was responsive to our questions throughout our stay. Again, thank you for a great week. We'll be happy to go back.

This beautiful house perfectly reflects the photos online, well-decorated, bright, spacious, it is functional, comfortable and extremely clean, even the outdoor areas, the garden is well landscaped, all in a quiet location. A successful week's vacation, we'll be back!

We are so grateful to have had the chance to spend a week in Antoine, Caroline and Lea’s beautiful house in St Briac. The location is unbeatable, tucked away so as to be peaceful but within a short walk of the beaches, restaurants and shops in a very special village. We were four adults and one toddler. The house was perfectly equipped for all of us and beautifully designed. we could not have asked for more and hope to return!

Tiny house about 1km from the coast. Very cosy and relaxing. We only stayed for 1 night but can recommend Dinard.
