Haïzaro is a recent house designed to be inhabited all year round, comfortable in winter and wide open to the sea and the garden. From the large terrace above the water, you can contemplate the bay and the cape of Erquy. On the dike, in front of the house, passes the GR 34 going from Mont Saint-Michel to the Loire estuary. The village of Erquy is about a 20-minute walk, less at low tide and a 5-minute drive (regardless of the tide). Erquy is lively all year round thanks to fishing.

Close to the banks of Rance, 10 km from Dinan and 20 km from St Malo. Shops nearby. A peaceful haven on two hectares and a pond. Wellness massages available.

"La Coquille" welcomes you in the heart of the Baie de la Fresnaye, in the immediate vicinity of Cap Fréhel and Fort La Latte. The house is comfortable, well-equipped, facing south, surrounded by a garden and a high terrace with stunning views.

Between sea and countryside, our vacation home is a quiet and pleasant place, located close to Frémur, 1 km from the beaches, the village and its shops. Recently renovated, fully equipped (sheets, towels and cleaning included) our 100 m2 house offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 5), a bright living room extended by a south-facing terrace, an equipped kitchen, all surrounded by a large garden. Three bikes are available to enjoy the facilities of St Briac.

Treat yourself to a relaxing break between Saint-Malo and Dinard, just 30 km from Cap Fréhel. Come and enjoy the seascape and its benefits in a house designed for rest and well-being. A sauna is available all year round and a private heated pool, equipped with a telescopic enclosure, is available from April to September. IMPORTANT: Parties, gatherings or the presence of people outside the reservation are strictly prohibited and controlled.

"Montcharmant" Character house ideally located in the heart of the Corbières district, tastefully decorated. Close to Plage de l'Ecluse, the center and the market. Quiet is guaranteed with a very nice garden. Ideal for hosting 1–2 families. It is imperative to respect the quietness of the neighborhood out of respect for the neighborhood, especially after 10pm. The house is not rented for festive evenings. Bed linen is not provided.

This is an old outbuilding where cider was made, completely renovated on 36m2 on the ground with a floating mezzanine floor. The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
