This family accommodation is located on a quiet street in the immediate vicinity of the historic city center of Dol de Bretagne. This is a former cabinetmaker's shop that has been completely renovated with excellent service. Mont Saint-Michel, Saint Malo, Cancale, Dinard and Dinan are about 20 minutes from this picturesque little town. You will enjoy the shops on the main street, the diverse Saturday morning market and the breathtaking view of Mont-Dol over the bay of Mont Saint-Michel.

The Studio

A converted Artist's Studio For Two People with private parking. A hidden gem in Dinan. It has been converted with imagination and flair by two brilliant artisans and me. We've had great fun. Situated down the road from the Chateau and across the road from Dinan's lovely Park. It has it's back to the road. When I rented my house before Covid. I was classed as Superhost by Airbnb. I try to ensure my guests are as comfortable as possible. All essentials provided. 5 nights minimum.

Ideally located a stone's throw from the castle and the center, free parking nearby, excellent places to go out, everything is ready for a pleasant time. From the sunny days, the courtyard remains a very friendly place and the kitchen has everything you need to make good dishes. The 2 bedrooms are located on the second floor of the house, which are very quiet.

Located 600 m from Saint-Coulomb city center, you are also 1.3 km from the beautiful beaches of Saint-Coulomb, and halfway between Cancale and Saint-Malo (10 min drive).

The characterful house dates from the 17th Century and is well equipped and furnished to ensure a happy and comfortable stay.
