Very nice studio, great location in relation to the city center, the port and the beach of Caroual. We had a pleasant stay at Val Joyeux, a family home with a very authentic soul. The view of the bay is amazing, the environment is both peaceful while being close to the customs trail and the small center near the church that allows you to do some shopping. Jannick and Catherine were both very available and flexible on the arrival time. We hope to be back soon!

We had a really wonderful, restful stay. The flat was light and airy and comfortable and was just as Alexandra had described it. We enjoyed walking along the pathway to St Cast, or just popping down to one of the restaurants below the appartment for supper. We made lots of little excursions west and east along the coast but also enjoyed coming back “home” to just sit and enjoy the comings and goings below in the port.

We had a nice weekend at Isabelle's, the accommodation is clean and quiet, the listing matches the description. Isabelle is very welcoming, advising us on places to visit, I recommend it 100%.

We had a great time in Saint Malo The apartment was very clean, very accessible with a secure gate The condominium is very quiet, just a few steps from the sea and various small shops, tobacco, pharmacy, Carrefour, bakery... Marie and her husband welcomed us in a friendly way and we immediately felt at ease. They are available with a good heart and we mentioned several activities and restaurants to do Thank you again so much for hosting us. We 100% recommend this accommodation.

We had a great three night stay in Caroline’s apartment. It was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. It was so convenient for the historic centre of Dinan. The parking space was a bonus too. Hope to return one day.

We recommend this accommodation for several reasons: professional and warm welcome from Laurence, very well-equipped and very clean accommodation, proximity to the city center (walk, bakery, shops), a very well-stocked market about 6 minutes from this accommodation, the beach about a ten-minute walk and large houses with beautiful architecture.

Thanks to our very kind and discreet hosts. The accommodation smelled fresh and clean upon arrival. Very quiet and peaceful district. Despite the proximity to the railway, we didn't hear the trains. Excellent stay and very beautiful area.

If you are looking for a quiet place with comfort in a green landscape, this is a very nice place. From this location, the beautiful coastal towns can be reached within an hour. Phil and Annette have built something beautiful in a former barn, a cozy cottage. We will be happy to come back here.

Good surprise upon check in: spacious and bright accommodation (large bay window). Sheets and towels provided on arrival. The bedding is top notch. A small path at the end of the land takes us directly to the port, where shops, bars and restaurants and restaurants are located. In addition: the pool/sauna area, very nice for a small relaxing break.

The house is charming, perfectly equipped, sparkling clean and ideally located to discover Saint-Malo and its surroundings. The calm of the place is particularly appreciable, allowing you to fully relax after a day of sightseeing. The hosts are very kind, available and caring. We were 3 adults and spent 1 week at Katy's place. The neighborhood was quiet, accessible and close to some very nice small beaches and breathtaking views (5 min walk). We had a rental car to get to the center of Saint Malo in about ten minutes. Katy and her husband have always been reachable and friendly, whether to recommend outings and activities or to answer our questions about the apartment. The place was very clean and welcoming: perfect for people who wander and want to recharge

We had a great time at Stephy's house who is a very charming host and always attentive, who gave us very good tips. It was a pleasure to stay at his apartment which is more than central. No need to take the car to go for the small morning errands, close to the beach, lots of good restaurants nearby. Stephy has always been responsive to our questions. Her place is full of everything and is beautifully decorated. We thank Stephy for his welcome, his little gift upon arrival and for sure, we will be back. Great stay, we highly recommend it!
