The Little House

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

Open the sliding doors to beautiful hand painted murals and comfortable apartment with many amenities. Perfect for a peaceful night with a special someone or a week with the family/friends. Alpaca Cottage

Find yourself immersed in tranquility with all the comforts of home. The Alpaca Cottage invites you to spend quality time with our small herd of Alpaca and pygmy goats, they are a curious bunch who love to meet, greet and beg for treats. The 2 acre property is edged by the Rancocas Creek so bring your fishing pole or Kayak. If your lucky you may see an Eagle soaring high above the nearby hiking trail. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home directly overlooking the Mullica River, where you have 270-degree views of water. Recently renovated home included 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Open floor plan provides spacious living area to spread out and an outside deck overlooking the river inlet. Enjoy watching the boating and wave runners riding on the river. This is your oasis for relaxation and enjoyment of river life within a stone's throw from the Sweetwater Casino and Marina.

Pull into the driveway from a bustling suburban avenue and the noise of the street fades away as you enter and lay eyes on the tiny house, bordered by the George Perly Bird Sanctuary. You'll be greeted by tall maples, a round veggie garden growing inside of a trampoline enclosure and possibly one, two or maybe three or more deer! The 130 square foot tiny house feels spacious with its high ceiling, skylight, and many windows that welcome in the shifting light of the natural setting.

The duplex is located on an important avenue that connects major highways from New York to Philadelphia & Atlantic City. The downstairs unit is where you’ll be staying. It has a one bedroom with full bath, full kitchen & 1/2 bath with a full sized living room & sofa bed. We want 409 to be your comfortable, cozy getaway!
