We had a week-long stay with 4 adults and one child. We felt very comfortable. The wellness area was excellent. Our son had an incredible amount of fun on the large property. We enjoyed the serenity and nature. The hosts were extremely friendly and kindly provided us with fresh fruit from the garden and great excursion tips. We definitely want to recommend the accommodation!

We had a wonderful time here at this beautiful location! Everything is really arranged to perfection, other Airbnb users can learn a lot from this. The pool, the beds, BBQ, bar with pool table and all other amenities are of high quality and comfort. What a pleasure! Our compliments to Julie and Dieter, they have put something very beautiful here and they communicate proactively! Chances are I'll be back here with friends or family! Five stars worthy plus the price quality is fine!

We had a great weekend with 6 adults and 2 children. Aukje is a very flexible host! The house is very spacious and has a beautiful garden! The swimming pool is a nice extra for when it is very hot. The beds were neatly made on arrival. Important to note that the room with the sofa bed is adjacent to a large double room with a curtain and the rooms cannot be completely darkened. The supplies in the kitchen are also minimal (e.g. few large bowls, no aperitif bowls or oven dish, no regular soda glasses). It's also best to bring your own extra coffee beans if you are big coffee drinkers.

Very spacious house, ideal for a group of friends. The bedrooms are very spacious and clean, also certainly enough bathrooms. We did not lack anything, basic things like kitchen towels, oil and coffee are present. There was also a cot, chair and toys provided for our baby. It was quite chilly in the house and we were unable to turn on the heating, but we were able to warm ourselves by the fireplace in the evening. We loved our weekend getaway!

It is a beautiful house, everything is perfect and also works perfectly. We greatly enjoyed our few days in this paradise.

The house is perfect for large groups. It's great that you can sit at a table with everyone both inside and outside, just like in the living room, enough space for everyone. The pool and garden area are great. The whole house was clean! Bruges and the sea are a good distance away!

The accommodation is one of the most beautiful Airbnbs I've ever been to! You feel right at home and comfortable. The interior and exterior are very tastefully decorated! Damme is an incredibly pretty and well-kept town. I can only recommend it! :)

Outstanding and we are really sorry we could not stay longer. For sure we are keen to come back and stay as his garden was smashing for our dog as well. We had an incredible stay here! Gwendoline was so kind, helpful, and generous. She left food out for our kids to feed the animals each morning and left us special treats throughout the stay. The space was clean, bright, and peaceful. We had everything we needed and it was a perfect spot for biking, walking, and exploring various parts of Belgium. We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay. We felt like we could relax and unwind and that we were well cared for the whole time. We highly, highly recommend!

We had the most peaceful and beautiful stay here and would recommend this to anyone who wants to be just a few minutes away from the hustle and bustle. We loved it. I don't suggest this lovely home if you have a toddler - we had to protect the baby from all the very steep ladders and stairs at all times, so that part was stressful. But aside from a baby who is walking but not yet ladder-safe, it's just perfect. Our 7 and 9 year old were absolutely fine and in fact just loved everything about Sibren's. Thank you so much for these special travel memories!

This is a great place. The position is beautiful, the canal is so good. The house is great and I would definitely recommend. Lots of facilities and beautifully kept and has secure parking.

We stayed for 4 days at the Manor: 8 adults, 4 teenagers and 3 grandchildren. Everyone quickly found their place because the place is incredibly welcoming! The outdoor spaces are full of small corners for activities: jacuzzi, petanque, BBQ, large tables, garden shed, brazier and so on are a real plus! The rooms are very beautiful, spacious, tastefully furnished! The bedding and sheets smell good, you sleep very, very well there! The different lounges are super beautiful, the pool table and darts occupy the largest pleasantly. And finally: the kitchen: visually, a step back in time but technically: impeccable. Plenty of dishes, all the equipment is there and the large stoves are super convenient for cooking for large families! Really, nothing missing! And François… a great host, discreet but ultra responsive when necessary! A 10/10 for us!

This was such a gorgeous place to stay! Everything was of the highest quality and it looks even better in person than it does in the photos. I really wish we could have stayed for longer!

We felt very comfortable in the house. Everything was available and the children had a lot of fun with the available games and in the outdoor area. Thanks to Ines' tips, we knew right away where to get our rolls in the morning, where there are good fries and - which in our case would unfortunately be necessary - where the nearest good doctor is. We had a great stay. The location could not be better and the view is simply fantastic. The house is well equipped and nothing was missing. Happily again any time!

Beautiful house. We had a wonderful week’s holiday. We were lucky with the weather. Sheep and chickens intrigued our 2 year old. I struggled with the stairs as they were so narrow and steep but there was a bedroom downstairs. Thank you Ann.

Very good accommodation, large and clean. Despite the campsite nearby, very very quiet. Not far from the sea, 20 min walk. Maybe we should add a welcome guide in English, but we managed without it. Note that 1 of the 4 beds is intended for children/teenagers as it is a bunk bed. Hosts available at any time. We had a perfect stay.

A superb stay in the heart of Ypres This delightful townhouse offered the perfect base for our visit to Ypres. Ideally located just moments from the Menin Gate, it was not only comfortable and spacious, but also superbly hosted by Tibo, who welcomed us with an unexpected and generous array of gifts – including beer, wine, biscuits, and chocolate. Our group of eight made full use of the modern amenities and relaxed atmosphere, which allowed us to explore the region with ease and return each day to a shared living space, unlike the divided experience of hotel rooms. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this accommodation again and highly recommend it as a warm, characterful alternative to the more impersonal local hotels.

With five adults, we had a very nice 4-day family stay. A beautiful vacation home and quiet location. The furnishings of the kitchen leave nothing to be desired. If we visit the Belgian coast again, we will contact Jozefien & Alain. Thank you.

Our kids could play safely there. In addition, there were also quite a few toys available. In short: A nice, child-friendly location close to the coast. We would recommend this one to other families!
