Our residence with a garden has 2 bedrooms. There are beds for 2 people. There is 1 bathroom and an American kitchen and living room. Our little house is located on the Bergama Kozak plateau, in the forest, within walking distance to the village. It is 30 km from the center of Ayvalık and Bergama. There is a 800 m2 fenced garden area for a comfortable time outdoors. There is a fire burning area in the garden and a playground with various ball playgrounds. In addition, our bungalow has its own garden jacuzzi for 4 people. Hot tub charge is extra, 1250TL per day We look forward to an unforgettable holiday in touch with nature with your loved ones.

There are old houses on the street, but when you enter the house, you will enter another world. It takes 10 minutes to get to Cunda and Sarımsaklı from the back road. There are 4 parking lots around. Climatized with Qubishi air conditioning. Parking close by car on Thursday is possible in the evening, a market is established.

It takes 10 to 15 minutes to go to Cunda Island or Sarimsakli beach. and there are 4 car parks around us, there are many beaches within 10 minutes by car. Our house has a double bed, 4 single beds.

It is a neat location in a lush area that is immaculately and safe, even the garden entrance is separate(independent) at the entrance of the house, the cleanliness and hygiene is done by me and my wife and my older daughter, have all the kitchen requirements and staying in our house with all kinds of needs of guests staying in our house (such as public transportation, parking, grocery store, beach, food restaurants and cafe).
