We loved our stay here! Philmar was a great host. The place was very clean and tidy and had many lovely amenities (coffee, washing detergent, a blow dryer, etc). It was right on the water and the walk along the water into town is lovely and easy. She has bikes viable for use too which was a nice touch! Would recommend.

Very nice apartment with great views. We ordered breakfast which was really good and hearty. Communication with FineNest was very clear, friendly and responsive enough to ensure that everything went smoothly. We recommend this place: there are excellent restaurants in Esneux and beautiful hikes to do in the area.

Jan's apartament was cozy, but had all facielities we needed. Location is very convinient, neighbourhood is calm but close to small city - Sittard. We would definitely come back if opportunity present itself.

We had a wonderful stay in this great apartment. From there, we got to Roermond for sailing and to Maastricht for strolling. However, you have to be sure-footed due to the stairs.

We enjoyed Birgitta's beautiful spacious apartment. Birgitta is a super friendly host. Responds quickly. The area is very nice for hiking and cycling. It is also very easy to go to Aachen by bus.

There were 6 of us in the really great, big house! It is equipped with everything you need and more! The house has been furnished with a lot of love. There are many highlights, including a sauna, hot tub and pool table. It is very rural, you can hear the animals instead of the traffic. A car is necessary to get to the nearest supermarket or city. The communication with Christian was great. He is very accommodating and helpful. If you have a concern, he helps immediately. Thank you! We would definitely recommend the house!

Our stay at Huize Koedoe was simply amazing. Very spacious house, beautiful sun terrace and everything you need! There was also a nice surprise ready when we arrived. Everything was very tidy and clean. Huize Koedoe is the perfect base from which to explore the region around Tongeren-Borgloon.

Aimee was very responsive to all of my questions and tried to help the best she could. Great host and recommend!

I cannot say enough to describe how wonderful Anne and Hugo’s cottage was! Everything about it was beautiful. Hugo made a wonderful loaf of bread and yummy jam. And a lemon tiramisu!! If want to have great stay at a beautiful place this is it!

Absolutely recommended! 🤩 We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful square farmhouse. From the moment we arrived, we immediately felt welcome. Everything you need is present: from kitchen utensils to cozy seating areas, and everything was perfectly fine. You notice that the comfort of the guests has been thought of with great care and attention to detail. The surroundings are also particularly soothing and beautiful. Ideal for relaxing, taking beautiful walks or just enjoying the silence and nature around. What really completes the stay is the warm contact with the owner. Delphine was incredibly friendly, accessible and helpful, and immediately made us feel very welcome. In short: a unique place that we look back on with great pleasure and definitely want to come back to. Recommended with a capital A!

The reception by Cristel upon our arrival was very warm. The guesthouse is a fully furnished cottage and has all the necessary contemporary comfort. The cottage is a very nice realization and in addition to a sitting area, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom also has a covered terrace. It is definitely recommended for those who want to spend a day 'wellness' in the beautiful wellness center ELAISA, which is only a few km away. By bike, it is also very nice to explore the region via a junction route along the Belgian or Dutch side of the river Maas. Less than 100 m away from the cottage, there is also the possibility to have a very nice breakfast served every morning in a very cozy (Limburg) atmosphere. In short, we really enjoyed our stay at Cristel's place.

Superb improvised stay. Flawless, simple and warm accommodation. Very suitable for children. Fresh eggs and pets are a major asset, especially with children. The sauna and games area is another. Lots to explore in the area within about an hour. Host recommendations are the best. We recommend it.

Tom was very accurate and very attentive. Thank you so much for trying to find a crib with sheets and blankets for my little girl, even though it wasn't generally offered. The place was clean and complete with everything you need in an apartment. It would also have been helpful to have a small iron and equipment more suitable for recycling garbage. We had some difficulty finding the cottage because the quality of the map sent on the chat was low and unfortunately we did not have a paper one. Otherwise, great! Michiel was really cooperative. The apartment was really nice and clean. All the facilities listed in the description were available. He was very flexible in order to adjust the check-in time. Also at the end when we needed help with our luggage, he was proactive enough to make sure that we got the help we needed.

Nice place to do all sorts of things in the area from here. For us, it was two days Maastricht and a day touring with the convertible. The Mergelland route. Very nice to drive. The apartment was very spacious, clean and tidy. We were kindly welcomed and a small explanation was given. It is also nice and quiet. See you next time!

One of the most beautiful apartments I have ever seen! The location is key: close to the train station and to the city center. I used the washing/drying machines and they worked perfectly. Definitely will book it next time when visiting Maastricht again.
