On board our self-built houseboat, we have created a guest room in the "front deck". There is a view of open water, a covered private seat outside and if you want, you can take a dip from the apartment. The boat is located in the Eastern Docklands of Amsterdam, the urban planning much acclaimed neighborhood near the city center. Feel welcome in this beautiful place and discover our beautiful city by bike (included in the price) or walk through our beautiful neighborhood. All amenities are close by.

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

This beautiful studio with garden view in a family home is a peaceful place just 15 minutes away from the busy city center. The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal. The studio has a kitchen with basic cooking equipment (microwave, hot plates, pans, coffeemaker etc), shower, toilet and seating area to make your stay as convenient as possible.

Located in a beautiful green street very near the center: 2 stops by tram or 15 min walk from central station. We don't serve breakfast but provide many nice basics to prepare your own.

In a rural setting, in a unique place in the Randstad, is the Casa Petite vacation home. Originally an old barn, but renovated, preserved and equipped with every comfort. It is free-standing, has a private terrace with garden and private parking. Close by is a lot of culture, nature, beach and Amsterdam. Your stay is at an unique sailing barge . In summertime we organize daytrips from Amsterdam to the IJsselmeer. Recently we have transformed our beautiful ship in a 'Green Oasis' for Air bnb purposes off saison . The ship is moored in the harbour of IJburg, near the centre of Amsterdam. Around the harbour are many restaurants to be found, like NAP, DOK 48 and Blijburg. Supermarket and other shops in the neighbourhood.

The cottage is located on the river Amstel, only 15 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bike from the vibrant center of Amsterdam. The cottage overlooks meadows on all sides. It is next to the owners house, but offers a lot of privacy. The cottage has a nice terrace that overflows into the garden.
