Self-contained and self-catering en-suite apartment with separate entrance (from main house), located in Didsbury, Manchester's suburb.
“Where do I start, this was one of the best Airbnb’s that I’ve stayed at. It is perfect for 1/2 people. I visited Manchester for the Manchester United/City Derby and the location was great especially since the Derby was held in Old Trafford. There is a reason why Eric is a superhost. The Airbnb is located in a nice and seemingly very safe neighborhood. There are two train stops into Manchester. Both are about a 12-15 minute walk away. One of the train stops actually takes you to and from the airport for not a bad price. From the airport, you have to select the appropriate ticket. There is a laundromat and a really good and delicious restaurant for breakfast/ brunch called “Medo Cafe” walking distance. You’ll pass it if you walk from the train stop to the Airbnb from the Airport. The prices for the restaurant are really cheap. Eric is really responsive and actually let Stubhub mail the tickets to the match to his place for free. He was really nice and also let me stay an additional night for a really good price. There is also a ton of dvd movies to choose from when looking for entertainment at night after a long day.”

“I did my internship abroad in Manchester and therefore stayed at Lindsey's and John's home for 6 months. I didn't know anyone in the beginning but they made me feel welcomed from second one. They are really friendly and open-hearted people who made my stay in Manchester so much more enjoyable and they will also give you a lot of tips what to do in and around Manchester. I also loved the cozy room with it's own shower and washbasin. I can definitely recommending this accommodation!”
Our house is situated in Didsbury, one of Manchester's liveliest areas with lots of busy bars restaurants and cafes within a short walk. Although close to local amenities, the street is quiet and does not suffer from traffic noise.
“Christine was a wonderful host, she got back to us really quickly and was really flexible to suit our timings for check in. The room was great and location perfect for us. I would recommend!”
