Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

My brand-new apartment with a minimalist decor is located in Mandrakia within easy walking distance from the port of Ermioni (4 minutes). It is fully-equipped with two bedrooms (double-size beds), free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, fully-equipped kitchen, a 50-inch smart TV (plus Netflix) and a huge balcony with a breathtaking seaview. Old stone build cottage in a plot of land full of pine trees next to the sea with direct access to a small semi private beach. Only a couple of minutes walk from the house there is the "Love Bay" one of the islands most beautiful and well organized beaches. Poros town is around 3km away(5 min by car or taxi), and within a distance of less than 800m from the house there are 4 taverns.

Detached country house for relaxation and tranquility. It is located in a quiet rural location and is surrounded by olive groves. It's ideal for a getaway with friends or family. The house consists of a single kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom. Fully furnished and equipped, it has water heaters, an energy fireplace, air conditioning and is thermally insulated.
