The house is very cozy, very well equipped, it is super close to the beach and in a very quiet sector. Ideal for large families and small children. We felt very comfortable in this place, we were able to enjoy the pool, the grill and the tinaja. Everything works smoothly. Erika very friendly, gave us several recommendations and data for whatever we needed. We were also able to use the pool with slide that the condo has. We will definitely be back. It is a beautiful place, quiet and ideal to spend the holidays with the family. I highly recommend Erika and her house.

The accommodation is just like the photos, it is a very nice cabin, in the kitchen it has all the equipment for cooking and everything seems new. The rooms were tidy and the beds had clean sheets and new mattresses (except the bed that is alone, which is quite old). The perfect location near the beach, and restaurants. There were electrical problems, for example, to turn on the heater you had to leave the backyard light on and some plugs in the rooms did not work. But other than that, we really enjoyed the cabin, we rested and we were able to get to know the area. Many thanks to Carol who welcomed us and to Javiera the owner.

The house comes with everything you need to spend pleasant family days disconnected from the noise. While pingueral beach is not suitable for bathing, access to the condominium pool fully compensates for it, children enjoy and parents can relax next to them. Just take into consideration that you have to climb stairs to be able to access the house (in case of going with seniors in the family group). The best place to book if you are looking for great view and tranquility, the Host is excellent, she cares about even the smallest details, the view undoubtedly falls in love to anyone, it is crossing the street and you are on the beach, as it is sea entrance there are no waves and that is wonderful if you have children. Pleasant moments experienced while at the residence. Very quiet and peaceful place. Ideal to disconnect from the city. The cabin is comfortable and has all the essentials for the stay. The pool is exquisite, especially for people who are learning to swim (we went with 2 children). The tinaja is also exquisite. It just needed to specify that it has an additional cost, but it was worth it. The cabin is a 7! I would only add an antenna to the radio so you could listen to it.

It was a good stay. The place is as shown in the photos. It is nice and quiet. It has cards to play, I thought it was a very entertaining detail. If you want to be away from the city it is a good place. If you go by car, there is a gravel road before you get to the cabin. Do not take the last descent to get to the house if your car is low. Mine is a city car and it was super complex to get down and then the climb was barely possible because that part is very bad. The host lets you leave it up so consider it. I never had face-to-face contact with her, but she responds quickly via the platform.
