Located on a rocky outcrop between the large and small coves of Cocholgue, to access it you must go down a passage and up a ladder. The journey is very short and simple, but not suitable for people with limited mobility. It is an ideal place for those who want to live a unique experience, where the sea and its sunsets are the protagonists.

The cabin is made of wood and has two floors. It is located in the Nevados de Chillan Biosphere Reserve. We are in the Las Trancas Valley, Termas de Chillán, 8 km from the ski center, Bike Park and thermal pools. In the area you can do various activities such as trekking, canopy, horseback riding, hiking and much more. There are a variety of shops in the area, Minimarket, Strip center, Restaurant, pub, cafes, handicrafts, pub, bicycle rental, etc.

I offer you a space of 2500 m2 of green areas, space for barbecue and a stream suitable for cooling off. The space is just for you, it won't be shared with other guests or more cabins. The Saltos del Laja Waterfalls are 2 minutes away.
