Room for rent in a nice, comfortable and clean house in Morley. House is situated across a park and there are many nearby shopping centers including the Galleria which is only 2km away. Nearby bus services to Morley and the City. Perth is only a 10 minute drive away. There is a nice garden at the front of the house which has a firepit.
“Wow! The bed was absolutely brilliant. Great bedding and comfortable matress along with independent air conditioning in room. Absolutely awesome! Claire was great for a chat and was happy to allow me to cook. The bathroom and common areas were also very good and funcional and Claire did her best to ensure her visitor felt comfortable. I usually have a few negative thoughts about stays, but this was a particular standout to be honest”
Our beautiful 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom townhouse is situated in a leafy suburb 20 minutes from the city and central to 3 shopping centres, swimming pool, fitness complex, parks and close to bus routes. Only 30 minutes to many fabulous beaches.
“We love Diane and Kieth’s federal house very much! It’s elegant, clean and pretty! Even though it was built in 1910 (hopefully I remember correctly), it was still in very very good condition!! It looked new!! We love our room and it’s very clean and comfortable. Even it didn’t come with air conditioning, we didn’t feel hot and felt comfortable instead as the daily range of temperature was large in Perth. The temperature dropped to 13-14 degrees celsius at night even in December. Hence, it really doesn’t matter there’s no air conditioning for sleeping. Diane and Kieth were nice and kind too!! We appreciate the breakfast they’ve prepared for us!! Simply but adequate! We also enjoyed talking to them. We will definitely stay with them again when we are back to Perth next time.”

Huge outdoor patio/alfresco area with city views, large park opposite, access to the shared pool area. 1 minute walk to high frequency main public transport route. Off street parking right at the granny flat door step. Close to major shopping centres and restaurants. This generous 90 sqm area shares the roof of the main residence, however is isolated by a locked door.
“David's and Rose's place is great!! Everything is really clean! The apartment is even better than shown in the pictures. There is a big terrace and a pool in which you can enjoy the sun and spend your time. David & Rose are amazing!! Always ready to help and very attentiv! Great hospitality!! A big thank you to both of you!! If we someday come back to Perth, this would definetly be our place to stay!”
