Excellent accommodation, very well equipped and very clean. Everything was perfect and the small problem with the water heater was resolved very efficiently and very quickly. We really enjoyed the dehumidifier in the accommodation because in this season, La Serena is very humid. Ian and Marcella are very welcoming and always attentive. The apartment was great, very functional. Check-in is quite flexible as it is done with the building's employees. It is located in front of a supermarket and fruit/vegetable seller so very good for shopping. It is a 20 min walk to the train station and 25 min to the city center and 15 min to the beach.
