We were impressed by hospitality of Nikos and his family! He is friendly, helpful, flexible and always available. Location is very convenient, as it's close to the center, but yet peaceful and away from crowds. House is comfortable, nice design with traditional elements, kitchen is well equiped and there is a nice outdoor area. We highly recommend staying at Nikos's house!

We felt like home from day 1. The house was small but ideal for 6 people, with the amenities and everything that one would have at home. Violeta and Antoni, are extremely nice and welcoming, they were super friendly. The place is perfect if you want to relax and enjoy your vacations. We fell in love with the island and with the house!!

Perfect vacation for us! Private and romantic! Everything was as described and downtown / shops all within a short drive. Incredible hosts and staff making sure everything we needed. We highly recommend and loved our 12 days here. Thanks again!

A good location and very easy to reach from the airport. We found everything we need in the house and spent 8 wonderfull days on the Karpathos island. Moreover for windsurfer it's a paradise...

La casa è esattamente come si vede dalle foto…posto incantevole!.La tranquillità la fa da padrona .La piscina è sicuramente un elemento in più nonostante il mare pazzesco dell’isola.Personalmente la usavamo mattina e sera e di notte si ha una vista del manto stellare!! Insomma tutto veramente fantastico ma c’è un elemento in più..anzi due..le persone(purtroppo non mi fa scrivere i nomi) che ci abbiamo trovato al ceck-in..persone fantastiche..riservati..discreti gentili e sempre col sorriso Insomma aggiungono qualità umana ad un posto che è veramente bellissimo.Comodo per spiagge taverne e aereoporto(oltretutto non si sentono gli aerei) Assolutamente consigliatosi o

Das Quartier, ein Steinhaus ist sehr wohnlich, zeitgemäss eingerichtet, unweit vom Strand, direkt an der Dorfstrasse des kleinen Fischerdorfes. Gegenüber liegt die Bushaltestelle und die saubere Katzenstation. Wir waren Ende April bis Anfangs Mai zun Klettern da. Sehr ruhig und stimmig. Evdoxia ist eine sympathische, perfekte, zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns zum Empfang mit dem Wein ihres Vaters verwöhnt und alles erklärt Wir fühlten uns gleich wohl. Gute Betten und ausreichend Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Aber leider kein Zimmerservice. Das Studio kann man gut abdunkeln und wäre auch perfekt mit Kind. Küche mit nagelneuer Grundausstattung [Salz, Pfeffer, Küchenrolle, Kaffekapsel, ..] Der Müll wurde alle paar Tage entsorgt. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Beautiful suite, the small private pool is wonderful, the house is simple yet very comfortable, located in one of the best parts of the island. Tina is helpful and responsive. Highly recommended.

Villa da sogno,esattamente come nelle foto pubblicate. Accoglienza, pulizia, spazi enormi, ben tenuti e molto puliti. Vista mozzafiato sulla baia meravigliosa di Amoopi. George è stato davvero disponibile,gentile e accogliente. È stato tutto perfetto

We had a very nice staying at Michail house. He cares about guests and provides all the info related to the beautiful, tidy and peaceful house. From this place, if you have a car or motorbike, you can enjoy visiting marvelous places of the island a few kilometers far. The planning is tough since you have a variety of choices. The house is close to Pigadia which is a convenient area if you are looking for shopping or planning boat e ferry boat trips. In the area you'll find supermarkets, shops and gas station which are not so frequent in other areas. Thanks to Michail, we hope to be back in the future.

Spacious villa with large (saltwater) pool and veranda overlooking the sea as well as the town of Amoopi, ideal to relax and unwind either for families or a group of friends. The house itself is very well equipped and is quitely located a 5-minute drive from the great beaches of Amoopi and some local small shops. As well the capital city is a short 12-minute drive away and a good starting point for exploring both the east and west coast of Karpathos. They have a local contact who's very supportive for any kind of questions or support on the spot. Please mind there's a dirt road for the last 1.5 km to the house, you however don't need a 4-wheel drive to master the road. We very much enjoyed our stay at Catia&Claudio's villa and can only highly recommend for anyone visiting the lovely island of Karpathos! Thanks again for having us.

The place is fantastic in a nice location. The hosts are sympathetic and easy to communicate with. The place is really clean with a nice view. Everything is perfect.

Location e vista splendide, ogni cosa sia all’interno che all’esterno é curata nei minimi particolari. E a fine giornata é bello rientrare ed immergersi nella vasca idromassaggio sospesa tra cielo e mare. Un grazie a Tina sempre disponibile ad ogni richiesta o informazione.

We had the most wonderful week in Karpathos! The villa was perfect, in a great location for exploring the island and plenty of space for the both of us to work from. Manolis gave us great recommendations on where to eat out, especially being the off season on the island. The kitchen was well equipped making it easy for us to stay in to cook as well. Manolis was an amazing host with unrivalled hospitality and generosity. Our day out on his boat exploring hidden beaches around the island was the highlight of our trip! The villa was a great home away from home, well equipped with laundry facilities and great TV. We would highly recommend Zoi's villa and we can't wait to come back!!

This was our second time at Askelinos villas. We really enjoyed our first time and we were extremely happy with our second stay too. The swimming pool is just the right size for a family, with great water at the right temperature. The villa is very clean and gets cleaned on a daily basis. Very peaceful location, you can enjoy your evening outside by the pool. Karpathos is a very beautiful island, worth exploring with a car.

First thing first, Diana was simply amazing. The location is great and the view from the pool is unbeatable. The home is great, and I couldn't imagine a better host. I would recommend this place to anyone and I'm sure their experience would mirror ours. Aside from the beautiful home, there is an outstanding beach and a few restaurants right down the hill, so you really don't have to go anywhere if you didn't want to. If I could give a 10 star rating, I would. Don't hesitate to book this place if you're looking at it.

Härlig villa med bra faciliteter. Modernt och fräscht. Trevlig planlösning. Perfekt boende för 4 vuxna, funkar säkert bra även för 6 pers. Men kan nog kännas lite trångt då två får sova i köket i så fall. Stort plus för utekök, utedusch, pool och utegym. Poolen nyttjade vi sparsamt, men väldigt trevligt att den fanns. Bekvämt med tvättmaskin. AC i båda sovrummen o köket, -det var riktigt bra. Kändes som en lyxsemester för oss. Kul att kolla på windsurfarna, de var igång från tidig morgon till sen kväll. Känsla av lugn och trygg miljö, liksom resten av ön. 10 min till supermarket med helt okej utbud. 7-8min till flygplatsen, ca 20min till Pigadia. Man behöver ha bil eller moppe för att ta sig runt på Karpathos, cykel känns inte som ett alternativ; backigt och trafikfarligt, finns just inga vägrenar. Kipi Afiarti är ett område för den som gillar lugn och ro. Nån kväll spelade grannen musik, men huset är välisolerat så hörs inget utifrån. Vi var där sista veckan i september.
