The location is super convenient just a short drive from Mumbai yet it feels like you’ve been transported to a peaceful hill station. The villa is spotless, beautifully done up, and has such calming aesthetics. It’s pet-friendly too, which is a huge bonus for us. There are lovely hiking trails nearby and even a river just a short walk away perfect for a refreshing dip or just to sit by and unwind. The fully equipped kitchen is another big plus. It has everything you need to cook a full meal, which makes the stay even more relaxing and homey. And the host truly one of the best. She’s incredibly warm, always available, and genuinely cares about your experience. She checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Quick getaway for a quiet weekend with nature an absolute gem find. Can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa with our family and kids. The overall experience was truly great! The check-in process was incredibly smooth — the owner - George made sure we reached the place without any hassle, guiding us all the way and explaining everything clearly in a simple and friendly manner. The villa was spotless and very well-maintained. We were especially grateful for the flexible check-in that was arranged as per our request. The rooms were spacious and tidy, with comfortable beds, clean mattresses, and well-kept furniture that made us feel at home. The kitchen was fully equipped, and to our pleasant surprise, George had already stocked it with basic essentials like bread, eggs, tea, coffee, chocolates and milk — a thoughtful touch that made us and the kids feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location of the villa is perfect — centrally situated in a prime locality with easy access to popular tourist spots. It was definitely worth the stay!

Mister Prakash, the father of Menaka and Yashna is probably the best host that I met in many years travelling the world! His kindness and knowledge of the city is unique, he ensured that the activities I booked, the restaurants I chose and the transfers I take, went smoothly. He made me feel safe in a huge city and was always ready for a support! He will be the best memory of my vacation in Mumbai!! Thank you SO much for everything! Phoenix Stays is a great property to stay with family and friends. I have booked this property for my mother and her friends. The staff was very helpful . The host Rohan was himself was present over there and took extremely good care of the guest. The property is exactly same as shown in photos. I would recommend this property if you want to have a comfortable stay with friends and family.

The stay at Tushar Bungalow was excellent.The villa was truly a home away from home.All the rooms were extremely clean.The kitchen was extremely well organised with all the necessary requirements from utensils,hot water kettle,gas,fridge,water filter.Everything was extremely well organised.Washrooms were very clean.Bedsheets ,pillows and linen was also spotlessly clean.Right from the booking of the villa Shraddha ji was always available and clarified all my queries .Her revert was also very quick .It was really a heartening gesture when she called us during our stay to see if all was ok .The caterer Shivani ji also served us sumptous breakfast and meals .My 84 year mother was also with me and she too enjoyed the stay. i would recommend people to come with a Staycation view( stay in the property and enjoy the serenity).The lawns were extremely well maintained with lovely chikoo and mango trees and lots of flowers around.We shall surely visit again.
