This quaint little cowboy cabin is perfect for two people. It was originally our son's place but he is married with two children, so bigger they must build. Arroyo Studio

Located in the old downtown area of Castroville, at the corner of Lisbon and Naples Street, this studio guesthouse was once the kitchen area of the Schmidt House which was built in 1870 according to the Texas Historical Survey Committee. The original home sits on site but is inaccessible pending restoration efforts.
