Update: The lake water level is really really low right now, most areas dry, we need some major rain! Quiet, peaceful, walking distance to pebble beach park. Private covered SMALL pool (Not heated) on property. NO PARTIES! Here you’ll find a comfy, secluded, private home on the banks of the Medina river, located 45 minutes outside of San Antonio and a short 15 minute drive to Bandara. This recently renovated two bedroom all rock home has a bonus room, a large full bath, spare half bath, and everything a family could need to enjoy a great trip to the Medina river. The river is very family friendly and 100 yards directly in front of the house.

Plenty of room for the 10 of us who stayed there. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio and fireplace. Yes it was actually cool enough for a small fire Saturday evening. Lots of wildlife to look at. Overall its a really neat place to stay.

The tiny house sits directly on the main road so traffic was a little noisy and there was a rooster around 5:30 am. Honestly, it was still quieter than staying in a hotel and there was room to park my trailer. The house was immaculately clean and easy to access.

T his was our second stay at The Glass House at Twisted Horn’s Ridge, and it was just as magical as the first. We loved relaxing in the splash pool and hot tub, and the black stone grill made outdoor cooking a breeze. It’s the perfect getaway spot for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy nature. This place is a little slice of Heaven in the Texas Hill Country! We went to enjoy a quiet weekend surrounded by nature and this place delivered well beyond our expectations. The drive in was fun with neat twisting and turning roads with tons of photo ops along the way. The cabin is outfitted nicely, the beds are super comfy and there are plenty of games in the cupboard to play with your family or friends. The view from the massive back porch is breathtaking and is perfect for a morning cup of coffee you’ll never forget. Overall i cannot recommend this place enough. It’s fantastic and would stay there again in a heartbeat!
