Private Estate “De Kleikamp” with swimmingpool

This is a beautiful vacation home with outdoor swimming pool on the private estate "De Kleikamp". The remodeled farm has a thatched roof and is located in the gorgeous country side close to the river the Issel, near the small town of Olst, 20 minutes from the city of Deventer. The lovely house consists of 4 bedrooms and a sleeping loft. One of the bedrooms is downstairs, making it ideal for people that have difficulty walking upstairs. There are 4 bathrooms, a living room with dining area and a kitchen. There is a barn with a carport for 2 cars, and plenty of parking in the circular driveway. The heated swimming pool has the unique feature of a cover that can be open or closed, so it can be used in any kind of weather. There is a pool house with shower, toilet, outdoor hot shower and changing room. The estate consists of 20 acres of beauty and includes a very large yard, a meadow with a pond and part of a forest with hiking trails. The home can accommodate 10 people and is perfect for entertaining and for families and friends with children. Last summer our parents moved out of this beautiful remodeled farm house. We, the five daughters, love this house and want to keep it in the family. We decided to make it available as a vacation rental so we can enjoy it and share the peace and quite of this unique place with others. Located in a quiet residential area in Twello, right on the Klompenpad and close to the cozy Hanseatic city of Deventer, this is the ideal place for hikers, families and anyone who wants to get away from it all.

Lovely house with garden in the heart of Deventer

Heart of Deventer and yet peace and space! This lovely house with garden is located in a quiet neighborhood in the city center, a 5-minute walk from Brink and IJssel and 10 minutes from the station. You park for free under the house. All the comforts you need! We normally live here with four of us and rent out during our holidays. Atmospheric house close to the center of Deventer

Our house is in the nice, quiet neighborhood of De Worp. Close to the historic center of Deventer with nice restaurants, theaters, shops and attractions. With a walk through the oldest city park in the Netherlands and a crossing with the ferry over the beautiful IJssel, you will be in the middle of the city center in fifteen minutes. The trip with the ferry still gives us a vacation feeling. You will enjoy the cozy house, the garden, the beautiful surroundings and the cozy city of Deventer.

Enjoy the serene surroundings and slow down a gear while you are embraced by the beautiful nature of the Sallandse Heuvelrug and Espelo. Sploder Zicht is ideal for a relaxing stay, but children (<12 years) are not allowed. Max 2 dogs. No other pets.

Kia ora Epse

"Kia ora" is a wonderfully comfortable, quiet and fully furnished private cottage for 2 adults in the middle of the Netherlands with lots of wonderful nature and old culture in the area. In the surroundings of Epse, you can enjoy nice walks and wonderful bike rides. And you can visit the nearby Hanseatic cities, such as Zutphen and Deventer. A little further away is the national park "De Veluwe" for even more natural beauty. And there are several museums in the area (e.g. MORE).

National monument from 1621

Always wanted to stay in one of Deventer's oldest houses? In my fairytale house (a national monument from 1621) there is fortunately much of the history in tact; the high front room, the low old ribs on the 1st floor (beware of your head) and the beautiful niches. Parts of the house even date from the 14th century and have survived the great city fire in that century. The house is on a quiet street a stone's throw from the IJssel and the best restaurants Deventer owns.

Welcome to our nature cottage on the Eikelhof, in the outskirts of Deventer. Here in the middle of the countryside, we offer you an escape from the hustle and bustle of the day. We have converted our former young cattle shed into 2 rural rooms where comfort and authenticity go hand in hand. On our terrace, you can enjoy the view of our meadows, while our curious cows keep you company. due to the safety in and around our cottage, is not suitable for children

Lovely place to enjoy the peace and nature. Beautiful area for cycling and walking tours. Located on the Marskramerpad. House has all the comforts and has its own driveway with ample parking. Beds made up upon arrival, towels are provided. Storage available for storing bicycles and charging. 7 km away is the beautiful Hanseatic city of Deventer, known for Dickens Festijn, Deventer on Stelten and the book market. The Salland village of Raalte is 12 km away.

Get away from it all in a quiet area? Come and enjoy our wonderful vacation home located just outside the village of Heeten ( Salland) From here, you can cycle or walk away with the most beautiful routes through Salland. The property is located on a quiet Parc in a wooded area without facilities such as a swimming pool or reception. And is therefore very suitable for relaxing. Likewise, it is beautiful here in winter. Every season is enjoyable.

OLDE BEERNINK in SCHALKHAAR

My place is close to Deventer, Schalkhaar, Raalte, Bathmen, Holten, and Heeten. Beautiful cycling routes towards Lemerlerberg and Holterberg. Holiday farm Olde Beernink is a great base for a lovely break. The house is simple but clean, and is on 5ha of private land. Hiking in the forest, through the land and along the pond will give your vacation an extra relaxing feeling. Olde beernink is an excellent base for your activities!

Luxuriously renovated monumental guesthouse in green surroundings, only 5 kilometers from the heart of Deventer. Enjoy the varied landscape near IJssel and Gorsselse heath. The guesthouse is located on the main road between the Hanseatic cities of Deventer and Zutphen, with its own terrace. Visit the many cozy shops, terraces or restaurants. Museum More in Gorssel is highly recommended!
