Monthly Rentals in Gijón

2 weeks with the family in mid-July - just perfect! If you drive through the gate, you are immediately overwhelmed by the view and directly in the holiday feeling. It was absolutely clean (!) Towels and beds smelled good. I had something to consider because smoking and animals are allowed but I didn't smell anything and didn't see a single animal hair! The completely separate guesthouse is perfect if parts of the family want to have a little more peace and maybe have to work a few more days. The location is great. The view is worth the way to the mountain by car. The description definitely fits - no additions. The garden is huge. Maite deserves the title of Superhost. She is above average motivated, knows the area and had really super helpful tips! How would definitely come back again!

A wonderful stay. The area is spectacular, the views from the garden are a real spectacle. The house is very well equipped and perfectly clean. We came with a small child and the area, surrounded by nature, is a delight and perfect for families. The hosts are very friendly and were attentive to us every day. Just 20 minutes from downtown Gijón, it's a perfect place to disconnect but at the same time connected to the center by several roads. We recommend it 100%!

We had a wonderful stay at Pilar’s charming little house on the hill. The view is absolutely stunning, and the house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed cooking at home and having dinner on the terrace while watching the sunset — a truly peaceful experience. We traveled with three adults and two toddlers, and Pilar kindly arranged two travel cots for our twins. They fit perfectly next to the bed in the master bedroom, which made things so easy for us. From the house, you can see Playa de la Ñora, and it's just a few minutes’ drive downhill. You can also walk to the beach if you prefer a bit of a stroll. Pilar is a very kind and thoughtful host, and communication was smooth and pleasant. When we are in Asturias again, we would love to stay here once more.

We had great time at this apartment. Clean, cosy and well located. We enjoyed the big park nearby. And the beach is a walk distance. It was easy to park our car at the stadium parking anytime. And we loved to discover all the beauties of Asturias region. The apparent is well equipped, we were able to cook our favourite dishes and feel like home.
