The accommodation is spacious, comfortable, well laid out. The bedding is great. Located shortly after the village, the place is peaceful, charming. The property is bordered by a beautiful terrain; lawn, wood, water feature invite you to squeeze along a course made by our Host. Skilledly placed tables and chairs allow you to enjoy the sun or the freshness of the undergrowth, the landscape. Sharing breakfast outside, having a snack or just opening a book is a pleasure. Bakery, grocery, restaurant are a 5 minute drive away. The welcome is warm, Christophe is at our disposal and attentive so that our stay is pleasant. The cottage can be suitable for both a family and lovers looking for a cozy nest.

Very clean accommodation corresponding to the description. Very responsive to different requests. Coffee machines for example. Very flexible hours. A very kind, attentive, smiling host. A very quiet environment. There is everything you need in the accommodation, oven, microwave. Very good quality bedding. small basket with sugar, tea and Madeleine on arrival, even a small rose from the garden on the living room table. i would recommend it without worry . totally matches two adults and a child. The apartment is located 10 minutes from Joigny, so very convenient and offers peace and quiet due to its location and layout. You will have everything you need during your stay in the apartment with the possibility of having a small outdoor area in case of good weather ;) The apartment is warmly decorated to feel like a cozy little cocoon as soon as we arrived. The living room and living space are great for enjoying a space for (games for children, sports for the bravest... or just for socializing). Very good stay at Ana's! Great house with room and good amenities, it was cold but the stove kept us warm. Our host was very responsive and gave some great information for discovering the area. I would highly recommend it!

The loveliest people and such a beautiful place. You can easily travel to beautiful towns and countryside, but you are just as well staying and relaxing in this gorgeous gite. I would definitely stay again. It is even nicer than the listing.

We enjoyed our stay at Johanna's, the 2 bedrooms separated by the living spaces allow everyone's privacy even if the bathroom and toilets are shared. This "atypical" accommodation is cleverly furnished. The outdoor terrace protected by vegetation offers an appreciated privacy. The proximity of the village of Noyer, accessible on foot, is a definite asset for this accommodation. Finally, communication with Johanna was particularly easy and she was very accommodating about the check-out time.

Very kind and understanding host. Clean and soothing cottage. Easy to find and the name is indicated on the cottage. Nice neighborhood. Recommended. I even gave the address to my sister if she has people coming to see her in Vermenton, a town nearby. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Noé and Jeanne's home. It is close to all the amenities and the beautiful walk along the river. We would certainly stay there again if we returned to Semur.
