The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative district in the center of Munich. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few meters away. You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

Hello there! As I travel a lot (mostly for sailing or hiking), my small flat in the middle of Munich is often vacant. During this time, I like to rent it out to other travellers. It's fully equipped and ready for your trip to Munich. In wenigen Minuten ist man am Viktualienmarkt (300 M.), Marienplatz (600 M.), Isartor (250 M.) und Deutschen Museum (600 M.). Rauchen ist verboten!
