In the lively neighborhood there are many cafes, restaurants, special shops and a wide range of culture. A 140 cm wide bed in the bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room are available. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

Located in Am Haidhausen near the heart of the city, this spacious 102 square metre apartment is an ideal place to stay for business as well as leisure trips. A decent locality with ample options for public transport (Rosenheimerplatz is 1 minute away) food and entertainment available within a stone’s throw away. Marienplatz (5 minutes away by U-bahn). I can accommodate check in Monday to Friday throughout the day and on Saturdays between 11:00-12.15 and Sunday by prior agreement.
