Vacation rentals with breakfast in Detroit River

We chose Anthony's home for location (convenient to all band members), affordability, and space. We needed a quiet getaway for our band retreat to get ready for the St. Patricks season (we are an Irish band- Black Murray- look us up!) to tune up our material and develop new music. The four of us were well accommodated and all of us wish to return for future retreats. Tecumseh's local brewery was also wonderful. Highly recommended!

What a joy for this former Detroiter to bring friends to such a lovely, comfortable home in a perfect downtown location. Tyson was extremely responsive and proactive, friendly and gracious. The home was well-stocked with far more than any I’ve rented before. Will certainly return when the opportunity arises.

Ann Margaret was a wonderful host, checking in regularly to make sure everything was working for me. She and Judy left many special touches around the space (delicious breakfast treats, glass bottles of filtered water, a heavy duty ice scraper for my car) to make it feel like a very personal experience despite the ample privacy. I loved the space which was homey in an elevated way. It was a great retreat for a busy visit to Ann Arbor.

Great home, we felt right at home. We loved the area. The neighbors were extremely friendly and near some beautiful parks. The host answered us very quickly and was great help when looking for things to do. I would definitely stay here again.

Good host and nice location near the walking path along the river. For more than one couple, slightly awkward that the primary bed is right in the living room with no privacy, but otherwise a good place.

Dorothy is a wonderful host! She’s the type of host you hope you’ll get when you’re booking through Airbnb. Very friendly, understanding, and responsive! We had a few questions and needed some items during our stay and she went above and beyond to help. She also provides snacks and food, and there’s cute decor in the house which adds to the homey feeling. Beds are comfortable and shower has good water pressure and water stays hot. Lovely fenced in yard with deck to eat out on, and the place is easy to find and very close to downtown Plymouth. We felt very safe and comfortable here and will look for Dorothy’s other airbnbs in the future!

We were blown away by the size of the fenced backyard!! It was a clean well maintained space with lots of shade.. My dogs absolutely loved hanging out there!! The place was clean, as described and stocked with everything you can imagine needing!! It was also nice to have a few things in refrigerator and freezer for breakfast. Would 100% stay again!! 5/5 🐾

Cheryl’s place is exceptionally well-maintained and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen was well-stocked with essential items, making it easy to prepare meals. A pleasant surprise was the exercise bike in one of the rooms—a nice bonus for staying active. The couch was comfortable, and the bed was exceptionally cozy, ensuring a restful sleep after several days on the road.

Our host was very friendly and kind, and the place was clean and comfortable. Couldn't ask for more!

Great location if you visit stadium and walking distance to restaurants and stores. Cozy room, perfect for one person. Hospitable and friendly host.

Perfect, beautiful place for our visit! Close to lots of things to do, places to eat, but just far enough away to be quiet. Darling neighborhood. Jerilynn was always quick to respond, very professional, and friendly.

Stayed for a month at Kennedy’s place and it was absolutely wonderful experience with her. Always very responsive and proactive! She even brought us an Air Fryer that was listed but wasn’t there and she brought it right away! Excellent host!

One of the best AirBnB places I have ever been to. Josie and Conrad are superb hosts; cozy bedroom and clean private restroom and delicious breakfasts. They also provided free rides from/to Ann Arbor whenever needed. I will not consider any other places in my future visits to Ann Arbor.

Very clean and private…was perfect for our “pre honeymoon” Only suggestion I would offer would be a mini fridge in the room but we used the one in the dinning room for a bottle of wine so wasn’t an issue. Perfect setting away from the downtown and we much appreciated the taxi service recommendation to get us from the Jet Express to the B&B. In fact we used that same taxi for the duration of our 3 night stay. Their private golf cart rental was perfect and much more affordable considering it included free downtown parking. They also offered free bicycles but we did not utilize those. Thank you again for the wonderful stay and I will definitely be booking you for my parent’s anniversary next season!

Julie is a great host and her place is lovely. She made us feel right at home. Cozy, peaceful house in a great neighborhood and an easy ride into town. Would happily stay here again!

I loved the Bondy House experience. Great location, in walking distance to anything that is enjoyable in Amherstburg. Would definitely stay there again in the future.

This is the second time my fiancée and I have visited for the Bird Festival and stayed at Angela’s. The space is clean, spacious, and peaceful! Everything you could need for a comfortable stay is thoughtfully provided. Not to mention the delicious breakfasts! Angela was very accommodating despite our odd schedule. Genuinely could not recommend it enough - we will certainly be returning.

One of my favorite Airbnb’s I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. Upon Arrival we entered this charming little suite to find FULLY stocked amenities. The smell of the place was fresh and clean, it didn’t just smell that way it felt that way too! We wanted to leave the place as such so we did! They care about the experience their guests have. The hot tub was super relaxing and clean as well. They have a chalk board with many reccomended places from dining to entertainment. I was very saddened we only had time to stay one night. The bed was comfy and the layout of the entire place is so “vacay rental friendly” meaning everything is easy to find and navigate! Thank you hosts!

This was one of my favorite Airbnb experiences ever. Beautiful, charming and extremely clean home. Coming back after a full day birding felt so relaxing. Lowanne is a warm and interesting host. It was wonderful getting to know her. Between the wine, homemade cookies, and great conversation I felt totally spoiled!

100% would recommend for all especially music lovers! Fabulous place with excellent vibes ~ very glad to spend our special occasion here ~ wonderful to listen to our favorite music through world class speakers and to sleep in the quiet of a sound damped studio! Grand piano is an amazing instrument, every inch of the place was made with love.
