We have unobstructed stunning views from Atenas to the capital city of San Jose, and boast temperatures slightly more moderate than the valley. The daytime views are only surpassed by the dazzling lights at night. We are a sort 3km drive to downtown Atenas. 2 acres of manicured gardens surround our large modern home. Safe and secure parking in our gated and fenced compound. Atenas is well situated making access to all attractions popular with tourists. Juan Santamaria airport 23 km,Pacific coast beaches 40 km, Arenal Volcano 111 km, San Jose 35 km.

My family and I enjoyed the place very much! It is insanely beautiful, house decor is so unique and very comfortable and friendly people! The only one thing I would say is that in the House photos looks like there’s rooms outside however those are extra cabins in the same property(reserved separately) This home is only 3 Bedrooms, each bedroom has a bathroom which is so nice!

Un lugar totalmente equipado, para desconectar y hermoso. Cuidan mucho los detalles, y realmente se puede disfrutar en la estadía. La comunicación fue fluida y muy buena. Realmente un 10/10. La llegada desde la ruta 27 es bastante complicada y no para cualquiera vehículo, es recomendable entrar desde la ruta 3, por Atenas centro.

Magnifique maison très bien aménagée et équipée avec une vue incroyable sur les montagnes, la mer et le coucher de soleil. Une de nos plus belle location au Costa Rica à ce jour. La communication avec la propriétaire était parfaite, à notre arrivée, la société de nettoyage n'avait pas très bien fait son travail dans la maison, nous avons directement contacté la propriétaire qui était très réactive et très arrangeante. Vous trouverez à 50 mètres à pieds, un incroyable terrain de jeux pour les enfants, une pizzeria au feux de bois et un soda. La piscine et la vue, juste incroyable. Le grand balcon ouvert sur la pièce de vie, un régal. Nous avons pu apercevoir des toucans, des colibris, divers oiseaux des iguanes. Les habitants de la rue sont très sympathiques, et l'ambiance est magique, un vrai petit village de Ticos avec une bonne ambiance. Nous recommandons cette maison pour les familles, même avec des touts petits enfants.

the house was BEAUTIFULLLLLLLLL the scenery was amazing! Roberto was a great host and was very responsive and addressed all my questions & concerns. The chef he recommended was also great, food was good! Only 2 cons bugs inside the home but that’s not their faults, we understand it came with the area and the front door was locked our whole stay (we entered the house through the back sliding door) But no biggie! I still enjoyed my stay and would recommend Roberto’s house 100%.
