Our home is nestled high on a hilltop in the established and desirable neighborhood of Vistas Atenas overlooking the quaint town of Atenas. We have unobstructed stunning views from Atenas to the capital city of San Jose, and boast temperatures slightly more moderate than the valley. The daytime views are only surpassed by the dazzling lights at night. We are a sort 3km drive to downtown Atenas. 2 acres of manicured gardens surround our large modern home. Safe and secure parking in our gated and fenced compound. Atenas is well situated making access to all attractions popular with tourists. Juan Santamaria airport 23 km,Pacific coast beaches 40 km, Arenal Volcano 111 km, San Jose 35 km.

You can also go bird-watching and hiking on the avocado and mango plantation (harvest is March to June). Chances are you will be wake up by the calls of the howler monkeys. If your are driving, the farm is located 1 hour 15 minutes from the San Jose Intl. airport (50 Km), and 1 hour from Jaco Beach (47 Km). Temperature is between 18 and 35 centigrades year round.
