In the 50+ AirBnB's that my wife and I have stayed in over the years, Mario was by far one of the best hosts ever! Very friendly and easy to communicate with. The house was very relaxing. In fact, the blackout curtains and the mattress in the bedroom help the wife and I sleep in all 3 mornings, lol! Will be staying here again on our next visit to the PHX area!

I highly recommend Lourdes and this property. This was my first Airbnb stay and I needed a place to live while my home was being renovated. Lourdes was the perfect host. She's friendly, accommodating, excellent communicator, and made sure I was satisfied during my stay. She met me on her day off from work to help me check in. She always responded to messages quickly and allowed me to easily extend my stay. The house itself was just as advertised, clean, located in a quiet neighborhood, all the amenities I needed, comfortable bed, laundry appliances, kitchen, and close to the swimming pool.

This is a spacious modern home near the top of Black Mountain looking west. Nestled on the side of the mountain with a 40 store high view across the valley. Beautiful sunsets from the second floor deck or patio below. Kitchen is well appointed and modern. Everything works. Spacious bedrooms. Very quiet yet secluded. Nate was a great host.

Had a wonderful stay here! Home is very comfortable and well equipped. Backyard was great! Play equipment and putting green were a big hit with grandchildren. Hot tub was a plus too. Lots of great restaurants and shopping around. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place! Kids love the pool. The house was very welcoming. We enjoyed the games they provided.

We loved this place. It was perfect for us. Nicely decorated. Comfortable bed. Amazing pool. Pool was small but perfect size for us. Neighborhood was very quiet. Close to stores and restaurants. Plenty of room for our dogs. We can not wait to return. We're already planning our next trip.

I would definitely recommend if you're in the area. It was absolutely perfect for a short trip, and I'm sure would be great for a longer stay!

Listing was accurate with clear instructions. Was very clean and enjoyed the amenities like the hot tub and pool. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to town.

The apartment is cute, king bed comfortable, close to stores and restaurants, friendly neighbours and the grounds are well kept. The location within the complex is good along with the designated parking space. There are other available spots if you have a 2nd vehicle or visitors. We had a couple minor things that needed attending and it was taken care of the same day. Laundry facilities are just around the corner close to the pool. Please note there are stairs leading up to condo so would not work for anyone that has accessibility issues. We would stay again!

Came from Canada with friends and Edith was just awesome. I didn’t really talk with her much as I was busy but my friends told me she was very welcoming and loving and caring. Great area, great location and great ladies. Will forsure book again next time I come bymyself.

Truly enjoyed the getaway, as it was just close enough to an event nearby, and still an oasis of calm and beautiful clean design, which is what we love. Would stay there again for sure - great hosts!

Condo was just as described, very homey and welcoming. Everything was clean and just like a home, dishes, soap, iron, pads, tampons, shampoo, everything incase you forgot something!! The area was nice, would have loved to have access to the pool but overall the stay was perfect

Really enjoyed our stay it was spur of the moment they corresponded with us well, the place was clean had everything we needed They went above and beyond even for the little things that they think people might want. Would stay again. :)

Oh my goodness, Casey AND the resort was fabulous! We all (5 families) gathered another family member's ASU graduation, so needless to say, everything was booked. I had been looking for an extra spot for a senior family member for about a month or 2. Casey's place was unavailable for the dates that we needed. 2 weeks prior to us heading out, Casey reached out to see if we had found something....we had at that point. When we arrived to the resort, we ended up needing a 6th landing spot, so I reached out to Casey to see if his was still available. It was, minus 1 night, so we bunked up for the 1 night and the next day, the bunkie (me) switched over to Casey's spot. The resort is relaxing, quiet, fun and the staff is incredible. The pool (pools) are amazing, the gym is just the right size and there are many other amenities we didn't get to enjoy, but will most definitely stay there the next time we are in Phoenix. Oh, and the beds are to die for!!!! Thank you Casey!

Just as described—this is a beautiful little place with access to pools, perfect for a relaxing stay. While it’s not very walkable for those looking to explore restaurants or bars nearby, it’s just a quick Uber ride to most spots. One big plus: it’s located very close to the zoo, which was super convenient!

Great stay! Was a patient at the Mayo Clinic for over a month and coming back to this condo every night was really helpful (vs. staying in the hospital). It has everything needed for a long-term stay. Great pool, too. Very responsive host! I hope I don’t have to come back, but if I do, I will stay here again.

Lovely, clean, well-appointed condo with easy access to the heated pool and gym on the property. Joanna was proactive with her instructions for finding parking and accessing the condo, and she was very quick to respond to messages. I would absolutely stay here again.
