Located in the heart of a 6000 m2 wooded park, our cottage will charm you with its calm. The kitchen is open to a living room with exposed stones where a good fire will warm you in the large fireplace (wood provided). Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, one with a dressing room. The south-facing terrace and large garden are conducive to relaxation, barbecues and outdoor games. Observe deer and birds in this green setting, ideal for families and nature lovers.

GITE DE LA "PIAIS" IN THE COUNTRYSIDE

Welcome to the country of the Vilaine valleys, a stone's throw from the Corbinières valley between Rennes – Nantes and Redon, in the "Piais" cottage in Guipry-Messac (green station, 1st ecotourism label in France). The cottage is a building on my farm where I came as a little girl to milk the cows with my mom. It fell into ruin and I was able to renovate it 10 years ago and equip it inside and out so that you can enjoy it with your families and friends.

Entouré des champs et des forêts, il y tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon moment. Vous pouvez vous balader, visiter la ferme, faire des sorties pour découvrir notre territoire historique. nous avons également un tiny house disponible, à côté du gîte.

Charming house in the countryside

House with equipped kitchen open to the living room, including two bedrooms with storage (140 X 190 bed). Access to the furnished and equipped terrace is from the living room, with a private garden. You will have access to the FREE BOX digital package from the TV and Wi-Fi internet throughout the house. There is a furnished office space with a view of the garden. Parking is available in front of the house, in a private space (2 spaces).

Stay at the castle, with family or friends

A studio, comprising bedroom, bathroom (shower and sink), kitchenette and toilet, is located on the first floor of a castle (15th to 18th century) in a quiet, flowery and wooded environment, 1 km from the village by a private forest path. You will have a second bedroom adjoining the studio, with two single beds, which you can see in the photos. A folding crib is available. the beds are made upon arrival.

Gîte du Breil

You will enjoy a new and comfortable house in a peaceful environment. The proximity of the Don and the Juzet Valley will offer nature lovers many activities, canoeing, walking and mountain biking. Located 45 minutes from Nantes and Rennes, 1 hour from La Baule, 30 minutes from Redon and Chateaubriant, this gîte is ideally located for quick access to all the points of interest in the region.

The Triguel gîte

At the gates of Brittany, charming country house Sheets and linen are provided. House renovated in 2025, located 7 km from the N137 halfway between Nantes and Rennes. Welcome to families, hikers, cyclists (7 km from the Vilaine towpath) and business trips. Come and discover the quietness of the countryside, visit Brittany and the Pays de la Loire.

Derval Apartment

The apartment is located between Rennes and Nantes in the village of Derval, in the city center. It is 1 minute from all shops, bakeries, bar, tobacco, restaurant and 5 minutes from the Orange Bleu gym and Super U upstairs, a living room, kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi and above, there is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
