Bocce set, horseshoes. Some random jackets there. For safety bring yours. NOTE-NO DECK TABLE pictured anymore. Bring your toys! Boats etc.

Set on a peninsula, this home has a lot of fun features, including a full lawn, screened in wrap around porch facing the water, outdoor BBQ area, fire pit, and seasonal private dock and boat slip. The Boathouse Restaurant is just a walk away. The friendly DeRuyter Lake General Store you can see from the porch windows on the south end. Please provide your own sheets, blankets, and towels. There is 1 king bed in the master bedroom with a wall of windows overlooking the water, 1 full bed in bedroom 2, and a bunk bed with 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom. Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.
