Beautiful, clean apartment minutes away from the historic city centre. Very comfortable and had all the necessary appliances, cookware and utensils for a longer stay if desired. Perri was very welcoming and responsive throughout. Would definitely stay again!

Kevin is the perfect host who’s home is close to everything in Derry. Kevin is very knowledgeable in of everything Derry!! Enjoy a great night sleep on a lovely comfortable bed too. I highly recommend Chip’s place to future guests.

Was a last minute booking, (10pm) Nigel was very quick to respond and organise my stay. Apartment was perfect, clean and had everything as described. Location facing Ebrington Square, 15 minute walk to city centre across the peace bridge!
