Wir haben die letzten Wochen mit zahlreichen Helfern damit verbracht, die Haustechnik zu erneuern. Wir freuen uns also, Sie wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen. Natürlich hat sich im Ahrtal viel verändert und es gibt noch viel zu tun, allerdings sind z.B. die Wanderwege intakt und einem Natururlaub steht nichts im Wege. Hinweis: Zusätzlich ist die Kurtaxe (2,00 € p.N./p.P.) zu zahlen.

Aktuelles zur Flut von 2021: wir liegen auf dem Berg und waren nicht betroffen. Alle Straßen in der Umgebung sind mittlerweile wieder befahrbar.

Comfortable holiday home in the heart of old town Ahrweiler. Completly remodeled appartment in a landmarked town house of 1765. The station is just about 5 minutes away. This also apllies to the famous "Rotweinwanderweg". For a fast shopping or a cup of coffee you just have to leave the front door. Free WiFi available. It's a quiet place but right in the middle.

We haven't met Jan in person, but our communication has been great throughout! The place has also been fantastic. It's spacious, peaceful, and we really appreciate the wooden details. The area is great as well, so we will definitely come back in the future! If you're a car enthousiast: It's great to have a private parking space and it is not too far from the Nürburgring :)

Wir waren zu Fünft für 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos und ist modern renoviert. Man hat viel Platz und kann gut kochen. Innerhalb von 5 Minuten ist man in den schönen Weinbergen und der Bus fährt fast direkt vor der Haustür ab. Da die Wohnung ein bisschen nach hinten gelagert ist, hört man die Straße nur wenig.

Sehr schönes helles Haus. Großer Außenbereich mit einem Teich. Zwei Ruheliegen und ein Tisch mit 6 Stühlen für draußen. Ruhige Lage in einer Wohnstraßensackgasse. Je nach Windrichtung ist die Autobahn unterschwellig wahrzunehmen. Zentrum auch zu Fuß durchaus zu erreichen.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung. Diese liegt in der Fußgängerzone in Ahrweiler. Von hier aus konnte man zu Fuß oder auch mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln alle möglichen Ausflugsziele erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

HOMEZ gemütliches Appartement / bis zu 6 Personen

Vor kurzem durften wir das sehr toll ein- und hergerichtete AirBnB HOMEZ by Calla in Bad Neuenahr Ahrweiler bewohnen. Das ältere Haus ist mit geübter Hand und viel Liebe von Grund auf saniert worden. Über eine knarzige Holztreppe gelangten wir in den ersten Stock, wo wir alle drei Zimmer bewohnten. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, haben hohe Decken, sind toll dekoriert und nicht zu überladen möbliert. Die Möbel sind teilweise modern, aber eben auch aus "Großmutters Zeiten", aufgearbeitet und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Neben den drei Zimmern befinden sich auf der Etage noch ein modernes Bad mit Dusche und eine Küche mit einer modernen Küchenzeile und einem großen Esstisch mit Stühlen an dem wir alle Platz fanden. Nach erfolgtem Check-in half uns Calla noch mit der Planung der nächsten Tage und hatte auch kulinarische Tipps parat und es mangelte auch nicht an Infobroschüren über das Ahrtal. Calla war uns eine tolle Gastgeberin. Danke. Dirk und die drei "Jungs" aus Hessen.

Wir haben ein Familien Wochenende in Bens Haus verbracht und waren mit 9 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind da. Wir haben uns in Haus und Garten sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders schön war das abendliche Grillen und Lagerfeuer.

Wir waren das zweite Mal zu Gast und haben uns wieder auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt zentral, inmitten der Altstadt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Marktplatz entfernt. Sie ist geräumig und sauber, die Küche hat alles, was man fürs Kochen einer Familienmahlzeit benötigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
