We are pet friendly & behaved pets are welcome. We use a disinfecting UV light to sanitize between guests. We also have a rigorous cleaning protocol.

This private suite is the entire third floor of The House on Hickory, with a private set of stairs just behind the second floor suite door. Featuring 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, a kitchen and living room. Given its cozy nature and age, the ceilings are sloped and low in places throughout, as well as some squeaky hardwood stairs.

This apartment has one queen bed and also a queen air mattress if needed. A full bath with shower, and kitchen. This is on a working horse/cow ranch and we do have stalls for boarding. We have dogs, chickens, peacocks, horses, and cows. Enjoy the view of our peacocks outside the patio door for a unique experience. Private entrance with keypad entry. Near Lake Ray Roberts, LBJ Grasslands, and Trophy Club trailheads and several others. There will be farm noise, but typically very peaceful.

Our place has been designed to give our guests a cozy, peaceful and fun stay. It is 2 minutes from the exit to I-35, 3 minutes (1 mile) from UNT & 7 minutes from Denton Downtown. There is a large backyard. The kitchen has oil, sugar, salt, pepper and more than 25 types of spices, pots n pans - for our guests who like to cook. There are games for families and Netflix on the TV. Guests have access to washer & dryer as well. We try our best to ensure that our guests have a lovely stay!
