Great place to stay with a short walk or drive to nearby beaches. We didn’t spend a whole lot of time at the place since we wanted to get out on the water and explore.

This BNB was cute, clean and walking distance to a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, store and mainly the beach. The host quickly responded to some questions we had. He even called to answer a question that we had. We loved this place. Nice TV's in all rooms. Clean bathrooms and kitchen. We will definitely stay here again when we return.

My wife and I had a great stay! Great space for two, but the location and property and the highlights. The minute long walk to the beach (or the Adirondack chairs overlooking the beach!) made everything relaxing and easy, and it’s centrally located enough that we could quickly and easily took day trips to other towns or long walks to dinner places and never felt like we were too far or too out of the way.

My kids an I had an amazing stay! Lovely host, clean home, lovely neighbors. The pictures don’t do it justice! The pool was great, the big yard was perfect for the kids to wind down, we were close to everything. Cannot wait for next summer! Thanks for being so great to work with :)

This was a lovely 2 bedroom very close to the water. It was clean and stocked with kitchen items and clean linens. Very happy with our stay.

Maxine's condo is a perfect place to stay on Cape Cod. Easy drive to many great places, and it is exactly as described in the listing. She was extremely responsive to any questions. I would highly recommend!

This rental is absolutely stunning! We had such a wonderful time!! Coffee shop right under us was a special treat! Walking distance to everything - little walking path to get you to the beach and get very clean! Large space, clean, and comfortable! One heads up- clean sheets and towels are in laundry bags when you get there make your own bed and put out towels!

Such a beautiful stay right next to the beach in a wonderful and walkable town! Jamie was an incredible and responsive host who came out to help us when the smoke detector was going off. She was happy to change the batteries for us and help out. The place was spacious for two people and offered everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation.

Great location - walkable to downtown Falmouth, many nice trails, and the farmer's market. Long walk or short drive to Woods Hole (for Pie In The Sky and WHOI). Also very close to Windfall Market for some quick and easy food. Great host - Brian was very responsive and clear with instructions. There was a kitchen item missing, and Brian brought a new replacement in a day. The space is slightly cramped - the kitchen and couch and dining table are all in 1 room, so there isn't a much space to hang out as a group.

Perfect location right near the beach, cosy place to stay with everything we needed to be comfortable. Loved it!

The place was just as the pictures showed and is in a great location. Easy in and out to the highway yet quiet in the evenings. The backyard is very roomy and a nice feature at the end of the night. I'd recommend David's place.

The location is fabulous and very close to many amenities - coffee, groceries, restaurants and the beach. While it was a small space, it was well laid out, comfortable to be in, very clean and had a respectable kitchen for its small size (which I used). Devon was very proactive and friendly when I asked him about the microwave not working - I had missed that it wasn't plugged in! The condo was very quiet at night even though it is close to a road. I will definitely return to Devon's place should I need to travel there and it is available.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great condition, really clean, easy parking, and great location right at the Ocean Edge resort. Rob was an excellent host, super communicative and responsive. Would stay again!

My wife and I wanted a little end of summer get away and we couldn’t have been happier choosing Alexa’s condo at Ocean Edge! The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean, and everything we could have wanted for our short vacation. Alexa was always very responsive and friendly, we’ll certainly be keeping her in mind for our next cape vacation! Highly recommend for small families and couples!
