Studio 15 minutes from Beaune/20 minutes from Chalon

New studio (2 people maximum) Fridge, stove, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, shower and toilet, towels provided. Upstairs bedroom with double bed, desk, TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Please note that access to the room is via a steep staircase (see photos). Guests can enjoy a large wooded garden, deckchairs, dining area and closed parking at the foot of the studio. Ideally located 15 minutes from Beaune or Chalon sur Saône in a small quiet village with several shops.

In the heart of Burgundy, between Beaune and Chalon-sur-Saône, 10 minutes from the prestigious vineyards of the Côte de Beaune. Enjoy the comfort of this very old house perfectly renovated to welcome you. In addition, it is located close to 2 other cottages, the Pavilion which can accommodate 6 people and the Orangery which can accommodate 8 people. It is therefore possible to rent 2 or 3 cottages together and enjoy life together without going through the public road.

The 37 m2 independent apartment is located in the city center of Chagny, on the 1st floor of our home. It has a bedroom with sheets, bathroom with towels, a living room with a sofa, 3 ceiling fans, and mosquito nets. The kitchen is equipped with oven+microwave, fridge, espresso machine. There are all the shops nearby, the Sunday morning market at 90 m, the train station at 200 m, the Lameloise restaurant is 120 m away, as well as other restaurants.

28m2 apartment in the heart of the Puligny Montrachet vineyard renowned for its great wines . A swimming pool is being built the exteriors are not finished but you can swim July, August with views of the vines , access is through the garage door next to the apartment . Small quiet house (Guesthouse), completely renovated, overlooking a private courtyard with terrace, barbecue and relaxation area, inside equipped kitchen, large walk-in shower, king size bed (180 x 200) all air-conditioned. For more comfort you will find on your arrival the basic necessities (salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee, etc.) and a bed already prepared, as well as the toiletries, towels.
