House vacation rentals in Demak Regency

We had a great stay. Very big house, had three rooms downstairs and the spacious living area and kitchen. Outside was also very big. Nice terrace near the pool. Bedrooms had airconditioning, living room not, but there where ventilators. Nice for kids because of a lot of toys and play equipment. The center of semarang is approximately 30min drive.

the owner and mba2 who keep the villa super friendly and very fast response, we request to add lgsg curtains to be worked on. the view is mantaap, all rooms are facing the mountain view, the kitchen is very complete, all the furniture is very aesthetic and tidy. i think this villa is very suitable for large family gatherings, but not suitable for those who bring toddlers and parents because there are many stairs and crockery. the pool section is too open because it can be seen from the main road.

The place is comfortable and big, but the facilities are better repaired especially in the bathroom.

The place is cozy, feel like home. The environment is quiet and safe, with a 24-hour security system. constraint is only small water flow, especially during peak hours. Hopefully this can be taken care of by the owner soon to make the stay more perfect.

A big house and relieved to bring a big family, especially small children who like to run. Very large yard can park a lot of cars. There is a fish pond as well. Pak man who maintains the house is also helpful and friendly. Of the 3 rooms only 1 room does not use air conditioning but there is a fan, enough for those who don't like air conditioning. There is an additional large mattress outside, so you can use it in front of the tv. There is also a kitchen and many tables that can be used to gather meals. If you want to stay, you may need to think about bringing more mineral water because there is no gallon water available. But the host provides some small mineral water. Of the 2 bathrooms, there is 1 en-suite bathroom that has a heater. The location of the inn is also close to alfamart and indomaret. Overall, best accomodation in town. Thanks sir andreas and pak man who have helped our small family to stay comfortably.

The house is amazing! I got to spend 4 nights and celebrate Christmas with my family in this house. It felt straight like home, the utilities and facilities matched the descriptions. The house is pretty clean. However I feel the lights in the house were a bit dim, but other than that everything is just perfect.

the air is complete and quite cold, but it doesn't need to use air conditioning. Although there is 1 ac in one of the rooms. The house is also clean. thank you, you've been given free instant noodles & eggs. next time you go to magelang, try staying here again

Everything was perfect

a pleasant 3-night stay experience here. road access is easy to reach, the facilities at the inn are complete, the location is strategic in the middle of the city, the atmosphere is quiet, suitable for a resting place plus good hospitality and communication with the owner.

The house was clean and spacious, up to 6 people. The kitchen had complete cooking equipment, and they provided bath amenities. The owner was friendly and helpful.
